This is a really good Starbucks.
This in the nook nitch is an open environment of quick service and zest appeal with a broad range of personality and presence within its Work-line Family.
Overloaded with orders for coffee concoctions NOT EVEN ON THE MENU - my goodness say a Prayer of Thanksgiving for the Baristas' fortitude and patience: ridiculous, but for True for true, I do NOT see how they do it! Which is why I am writing this Review.
Thank you for all the times and times again that you persevere and nail it. We are proud of You and this Starbucks Team. You ALL are Awesome Sauce and valued!
ps. Guest Reviewers, please think about those Special Designer Drinks ordered in front of you or even by you - BEFORE ANYONE gets attitude or even slightly upset with the Starbucks Team at this Store - they truly care. Focus the negative energy on the puckered butts that need the la' tee da latte's and special 9 shot blends before we get fussy, yell, belittle and berate the very SomeOne's that care enough to get that abstract NOT ON THE MENU ITEM to them, or you, for OUTSTANDING ABOVE AND BEYOND GUEST SERVICES.
Sunset Starbucks - Well done. Proud of You, and our Columbia Community thanks you for...
Read moreWhen I walked in it was not welcoming at all. There was nobody in drive thru and perhaps they were catching up, who knows. The lobby was full of WiFi users so at first I dismissed this. I was traveling home and still had a few hours drive and was hungry. Went to use the restroom then headed to the counter. I felt very rushed, I don’t go often and there were new menu items. I ordered the new spicy falafel wrap which was small but mighty and a water. I stood there longer because I was about to buy a bag of coffee and the cup that caught my eye when I was instructed to go stand at the end of the counter. While she hurriedly walked off, she seemed managerial but hope not. Lost a $50 after tax sale. Got to the end of the counter and was greeted with Here’s your water. Not a thank you at the register or from the barista. The same register person came with my food extended it to me and walked off. Just wow. I only honestly buy the bagged coffee and cups, glad I don’t live close to this one. I’d never go back in, luckily I pass a lot of others when I’m going this same route many many times a year. And do purchase anywhere from $30 -$100 especially Holiday time....
Read moreOk. I go to Starbucks a lot compared to most people I know. But, I don't like their Pike's Peak coffee. I like blonde roast. So, 15 minutes ago I did an online order for a grande blonde and a chocolate chip cookie. I arrive at the the store, Andrew needed to visit the restroom. They only one open would not lock AND the toilet was broken. Minor point, I'll find another bathroom. So I go to pick up my order, which was labeled Blonde Roast, took a sip, and tasted Pike's. I asked them and they told me they don't do blonde at this time of day. I knew that. That's why I ordered 15 minutes ago via mobile. And my cookie was not with the coffee. Had to ask for it, then I had to ask for it to be heated. I was polite, and said please, didn't raise my voice. The staff half ignored me most of the time. Only one person, one who had just came into her shift, apologized for the error. So, rather than take the time to get my order right, they give me something I didn't order and try to pass it off as what I ordered. Sorry, that hacks me off. They disrespected me as a customer. I was not important enough for them to bother getting...
