So much like any early spring Saturday kids are waking up in the morning excited to what to do in their day maybe that they were going to chuck e cheese. When We got in the car to go Dad had said to them hey I know you've been asking to go to blossoms and eat because you love their shrimp and sushi so who wants to go to Blossoms. You should have seen their eyes light in enjoyment. This was a place that we have all gathered to enjoy great food service and atmosphere. Well let me tell you what has haunted me since I left blossoms that evening of April 12th 2025 Dad I never want to go there again. Dads lil girl was 7. Dads lil girl was assaulted in your bathroom Pushed around in a stahl and was found cowering behind a booth door by another patron who wax thinking that the door was jus hard to open. It was hard to open because there was a 7 year old crying in fear. When she had returned to our table from that incident you could see the fear in her eyes the embarassmentssment in her voice and feel the ground tremble from beats of her heart. Dad was Determined to find out who this lil girl was, not to reprimand her personally but to find her guardian or parents and kindly say hey, your daughter was pushing around and beating my sweet lil girl in the stahl of the bathroom, in hopes that like any person, human being or caring parents could address them in private and let them know that their actions will not be tolerated. I am Extremely Upset at the Establishment of Blossoms. I had asked Our server to please see a manager; well one was sent over to hear my word and plea that this was happening to be quickly shut down by what do you want me to do about it? Really that is your answer, your answer should have been we care about our patrons safety and lets resolvce this manner promptly. Any party who would commit and act of violence should have been removed from property. Blossoms should be an establish that believes there is no violence accepted anywhere especially in one that has high volume with no security. I will tell; you this Blossoms my daughter who is 7 and would give you the shirt off her back to make sure that you have, cause she cares about you genuinely and whole heartedly you will no longer have our business, our families business and hopefully anyone who has endured this rant that you can no longer trust that your kids will be safe in the bathroom of her favorite place to go eat. All I hear resounding heavy in my mind was her words of I never want want to go back there again. Fear of public restrooms are a given now. Read moreMerry Christmas! My friend and I arrived about 1:35 pm and our price was 18 usd per person. We had a total of four people at our table. My friend and I were meeting her mother for lunch. :-) Her mother had a table, and was waiting for us to arrive. My friend and I stood in line and we awed at the beautiful Christmas tree. We get to the front of the line and my friend pays for her meal and her daughter's. (She is the cutest two year old.) My friend went to the table and I paid for my food. We both had receipts; however, we noticed that one of the receipts had 40 usd . We tried to figure out why did she pay 40 usd. We went back up to the register, so that we can receive clarification. The cashier tried to explain, but we could not understand her explanation; therefore, she called Ms. Jessie who was the manager at the time. She stated that my friend paid for her mother's meal, and we said no because her mother had her own ticket. She then said, ah you paid for your friend. I said no and I showed her my ticket. We eventually got it sorted; however, it was a very confusing process and I would suggest that they make a new one. One of the servers expressed that customers are always confused by this process. 😐 . Ms. Jessie(the manager)stated that she needed to look back at the camera because that is the common procedure. Afterwards, we were still eating because we literally dealt with that challenge for a at least 15 to 20 minutes. My friend who owns a business did not enjoy her food. We felt ostracized and it put a dampen on our festive mood. 3pm comes and we get up to have oysters and salmon. Ms. Jessie comes to our table and states that she will not charge us for the salmon and crawfish plate that we had; however, the next plate we will have to pay 6 dollars extra because it is considered dinner time. We were appalled at this because what is that to say to customers who have not been there for 90 minutes. Also because of the misunderstanding that we had earlier, you would think that Ms. Jessie would have been more accommodating; instead we were treated like criminals. On a positive note , I would like to give a shout out to Ms. Lin. She is a great waitress and she provided extra customer service. Read moreFirst of all I have been coming to this restaurant and previous restaurant “Happy China” since I was in my teens. I’m 36 now so 20+ years. With that said it saddens me that I had to experience and furthermore feel the need to write this review. Me and my daughter(9yr) ate here last week with no issues. Today was a different story. We walk-in and cashier ask how old she was and I tell him. He gives me a look of that I’m lying in front of everyone and then charges her as an adult. I tell him again she is a taller 9yr old but she is not 11. 10- younger are a little cheaper. He asked if I had any identification to prove it. I said most kids don’t have pictured identification and I wouldn’t lie about it for a few bucks I just wanted to be treated fair. Bc my daughter only comes here for the summer I do not travel with her birth certificate. So I then had to reach out to the other parent to get a pictured copy, lost my place in line, and be embarrassed to just stand up for myself. As we waited I watch multiple other families come in with children at the same age that we’re not questioned at all. So therefore my daughter was picked out and discriminated against because she is taller. I made a point to ask why did they not ask for the other kids identification and was told they looked young. Well I said yall are getting scammed bc if you’re going to make a point to ask for one you should ask for all. Some children are short but could be older than what they are telling you. So just because mine is taller than normal doesn’t mean you the right to choose me out of everyone. We ended up having to wait and get a notifier by the time we got through the line. We got no apology after he was wrong for trying to charge me an adult price. My kid is super picky and doesn’t eat very much from there but we both love the experience of eating crawfish together. As I watch other children get plate after plate more than adults. It was a staple of the little time we have before she goes back across country for most of the year.
