My family and I started coming to this restaurant after church. We haven’t had a problem until today.The older guy that greets customers is always pleasant. I have never had a problem. After waiting approximately one hour we received our food. Mind you the restaurant was very busy today. We had to sit in the bar area today but that was okay. When I tell you every customer was served in a timely except my family I mean E v ery one even the couple that came in after us. At that point we decided to Leave we got up and then my husband said wait our food maybe coming out. At this time I’m setting in the lobby ready to go. My daughter comes around the corner to let me know the food had arrived. I go ahead because the food is good despite the awful service before hand. I ordered the salmon with Greek potatoes and green beans. My food is okay but there’s something off about the salmon (2 people at my table sample it tastes too fishy. Our waitress comes by to check on us and I’m still trying to decide what I think about my salmon so I don’t say anything. Another waitress comes by to check on us not the original waitress another one. I tell her the salmon doesn’t taste good. Her response was you haven’t been the only one to complain. She doesn’t take it off.
Then I went to the register to pay and to let them know that the salmon had not been taken off. They were busy I guess learning a new system and new hires. I request to get them to take the salmon off, George came from the back one of the owners. And proceeded to ask what the problem was. I explained George that the salmon did not taste right his response was was well you ate most of it, that was absolutely incorrect. (George proceeded to tell me that there are many restaurants around here and that I could go to any one of them.)Not once did he apologize he had a smirk on his face. I have spent hundreds of dollars here. One piece of salmon was not going to be a issue for me but he needed to know that it didn’t taste good. (However, where I can go is not the issue.) The issue is however my salmon is not good and you shouldn’t serve customers salmon that your wait staff says you have had a problem with recently.

Read moreWe have been customers at this restaurant for many years. We have continue to try to support them during this pandemic. As one of the owners is my neighbor. This is the third Straight times that the pick up order was incorrect. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the owner and some young child told me he was the manager said the owner refused to get on the phone and that I should’ve checked the bag before I left the parking lot. So that means they expect you to unwrap and open every to go item packaged by their kitchen and inspected in your car in the dark. Tonight for example we received a $10 plate of plain spaghetti pasta with absolutely no sauce. I can’t believe that you would have to check the spaghetti to make sure they put sauce on it.We also requested extra ranch and stated we did not want any honey mustard and we did not get any ranch whatsoever. Upon calling asking to speak to the manager the young child was very rude and said he can tell me what the owner would say that I was not allowed to speak to the owner. The order before this wish stated very clearly no mushrooms and no Olives due to allergies and when we got home there was extra mushrooms and olives. It’s a shame when the customer service used to be top-notch at this establishment now they choose to hire Inexperienced children. As much as we try to support our local owned restaurants we certainly will not be going back to this place. All the owner had to do was simply get on the phone and apologize that I have to make another trip up to his restaurant to get the correct order. Read moreI received the worse service and respect here than I have ever received. After 20 mins of waiting for a server I finally flagged one down to ask why the table in front of us and the back of us which had come in after us has seen a waitress and we haven’t. We were told it was not her table but we were in between two booths that had a server. She took our order and we continued to wait while folks came in after us and received prompt service. Finally after one hour I went to the hostess desk to find out why we were being overlooked. Everyone in our section came in long after us and were eating and over an hour later we still did not have our food. I do not want to bring race into it but my granddaughter and I were the only blacks in the place. My granddaughter loved the pizza which is the only reason I asked them to just fix it to go because I did not want to be disrespected any more. How is there three booths in a row and the only one with the black people sitting in it had to ask to be served. I will not return nor any member of my circle. Thanks to the waitress that finally stepped in to help us. I was told that they had a big party in the back but why did I have to receive poor service when everyone else that does not look like us got prompt service? Isn’t my money green too?
