I thought that maybe this restaurant would have improved since my last visit so I decided to give them another try. I ordered online using the app. When I arrived to pick up the order, there were no subs waiting on the online order rack. So I sat in a chair beside the rack waiting while four staff members stood around looking like lost little sheep. Finally I went to the counter and asked where my order was. Lo and behold it was sitting on a counter beside the register. Of course they had signs advertising “order online and jump the line”. It’s sad when they do not have a line and provide a place in which to pick up orders. Terrible service! I will not give them another chance....

I assumed maybe he did not hear me so I spoke again. The employee continued to stand in front of me with absolutely no response as if I am bothering him by coming to make a purchase. Read moreThis is the location I go to in my city. It's annoying that it's so far from my home, but I will take the extra 10 mins to go HERE and not the location on Palmetto Street closer to me. At this location, the service is so much more polite and FAIR. They will give you what you paid for. I left off a star ONLY at a reflection of the company itself for increasing their prices and forcing workers to not increase the amount of product you get for it.
