Wendy's — Restaurant in South Carolina

Traveling from Ga. My daughter and I stop at this location every time we visit Shriners hospital *convenient * today my daughter enters at around 10 to see if lunch was served. Upon entering 2 wendys workers. 1 older white, 1older black ladies proceeded to point and stare at her whispering to one another. My daughter overheard the The older white lady say to a older black lady "she don't look like she has any money" the older black lady was then heard saying "yes she do" my daughter felt like they were passing judgment. My daughter walked out to come and tell me what she had experienced. When I entered the establishment there was a older white lady standing near the drive through window, a black lady at the counter with her back facing the counter. My daughter and I stood at the counter, waiting for the lady to turn around and say good morning or something.. She turns around and say "how can I help yall" I said good morning we are doing fine thanks for asking. The lady just looked at me with a smirk. I purchased my order while looking around the establishment. I was looking for a number listed for management or a picture. The lady had the worst customer service ever. I wished they wore name tags so I would know the names. However I am sure whoever monitors Wendy's media will know who worked the morning shift the day of July 27 2022 at 10am. Never have I ever walked in a fast food establishment and the workers look at you and stare with no intrest in speaking. Talking about Rude. Who are any of you to whisper if a customer has money or not. We wouldn't have walked in if we couldn't. Because of this experience we will not be spending our currency here. Next time we are in the city, I'll just go across the street...

The night crew is terrible and disrespectful to customers. You got one guy employee cursing and raising his voice at a customer at drive thru.very impatient and unprofessional by far. The front counter is lost,no hello welcome to Wendy's how can I help you. Instead she just looking at you like she's lost. The old white lady I'm assuming is the night manager looks very scared of her employees she did not correct the young guy from being unprofessional to the customer at the drive thru.then you got a young guy messing with his phone while frying the fries. From the beginning when I stepped foot inside I knew it was ghetto from just listening to the young girl that was standing at the drive through cursing out the same guy that was being unprofessional at the window not worried about the surroundings with the profanity.Whoever the DM is needs to rearrange night shift or put that shift through some better training because that's not what it is there. Went thru the drive Drive thru at the Henrydale location, and had a bad experience with the person taking orders. I ask for a peach tea, someone in the background said we don't have peach tea order taker said "A WHAAA" with attitude. Afterward my driver said F-it I don't want nothing and drives away in the direction of the pickup window and of all things order taker yells out the window "sir you are so disrespectful" which makes him say F-you and she says it back to him when I'll le a car was sitting in the drive thru waiting. Now I've never known it to be okay to tell and a customer at any time then on top of it to curse at them even if they're cursing at you I'm not an advocate of people losing their jobs but sometimes it's best for business. If I knew the owner of this store I would definitely report it directly I hope this review I'd read by them and corporate. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GARBAGE NOT...
