Just went to this Wendyâs location for a quick dinner, Iâve tried to call but they donât know how to answer there phones, and they were not busy at all!!! I asked for a 6pc nugget outta the fryer I was told they just came up, well they lied to me they were not fresh at all, they were dry and a little hard, also they over salted the fries that I got with my order.. way too much salt couldnât even eat them had to throw them out. They need to listen to what there customers want and not lie to them that is very poor customer service me being a former employee of the franchise I know how things are suppose to be cooked, oh did I mention that they also gave me chili meat , meat wasnât fresh either, unfortunately I ate it because I have not eaten in. 2 days so I was very Hungry , I do know I will never go there again, they need to learn how to take care of there customers.. if a customer wants something outta the fryer just do it and be done with it and make that customer Happy so they will return..just always remember this if you have no customers you have no paychecks, customers should be there number 1 Priority and I can this location doesnât care!!! and this customer wasnât happy at all...!!!!
