Not one to leave reviews because I know how vital they are (especially a 1 star) but avoid this location at all costs. I've tried this location about 5 times now, and not once has an order been complete or accurate ... not to mention the ticket times.
I've been in a Regional Manager role as a hospitality/food consultant for the last 10 years, so I understand all circumstances (short staffed, not trained, bad management, etc... i've seen it all.) 1/10 for this location. Only a 1 because they produced some type of food. If I was the franchise owner, i'd do a full re-hire from GM to line cook and invest in a good training manager for this location ... it could be a gold mine with the right GM and team members.
Order: -spicy asiago club sandwhich -jr bacon cheeseburger, no lettuce, no tomato -$5 jr bacon biggie bag, no tomato, sprite -baconator combo with a coke
what I got...
-regular non spicy fried chicken sandwich, 100% plain and dry sandwhich ... breast and bun ... nothing on it. (You can tell it was sitting in the warmer for some time ... must have ran out of spicy filets I guess.) 1 small fry (old/cold) 1 large fry (old/cold) 1 order of nuggets (dry/old/cold) 1 jr bacon, with no lettuce no mayo and only tomato (usually wendys does grill to bun, so the burger tasted fresh) 2 flat sodas (reach out to your co2 company/pepsi)
Missing 2 big ticket items, and the other isn't even made right. Talk about a "i don't care attitude" on the line...
C'mon yall ... do better, it's not that hard ... I promise. My first job when I was 16 was at Wendys ... it's basic work, even during a rush (they had no rush at the time of the order.) I tried to have hope for this location, but everytime it is terrible quality, long ticket times and missing items. If this location isn't a money laundering front ... shut it down for good, or shut it down for a few a few weeks and do a full rehire from GM to line cook. If ya'll need help getting it squared away ... call me lol. Golly.
Side Note: the warmers you keep your chicken filets in above the grill, /sandwich prep area may be set too high.
Seems like you may have a "gas station manager" at this location. Only reason they are in management is because they were the only one to show up to work everyday...
Read moreI placed a large mobile order for a breakfast function this morning a few hours before having to pick it up. I ordered 10 bacon egg and cheese biscuits, 10 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits and 10 chicken biscuits along with five oatmeal bars. My first issue was when we got there. We had to wait an additional 40 minutes From 9:58am until 10:40am. May I also add that they only waited on three other vehicles during this 40 minute wait so the order was not made in a timely manner .We were asked to pull up second we were missing eight sandwiches. I called up and spoke to the manager Cheryl because we could not go inside because the doors were locked still. I advised the manager on duty Cheryl that I had placed this order and we were missing eight sandwiches. She then started speaking to a man there and he was yelling back that he knows what he made and that they were in there I explained to her that there was seven sandwiches in the first bag, seven sandwiches in the second bag and eight sandwiches in the third bag, which did not add up to 30 sandwiches. I said maybe they are mistaken or the order was given to someone else. I asked her if we could have the sandwiches made and she told me no that she had to speak with her GM Sharonda in the morning. which does not fix the issue at hand . I than asked could we get a credit for those sandwiches we did not receive and again she said no, and was acting as if I was lying. We have placed large orders like this in the past and have not had issues. I wish if this manager on duty, Cheryl was not equipped to handle a larger order this morning. She should have called me ,so we could have canceled it. I could have went somewhere else instead of wasting my time energy and money. I ended up going to Starbucks a few minutes up the street to replace the missing sandwiches in addition to the coffee we had ordered earlier this morning when we ordered the Wendy’s. This Wendy’s could learn some customer service skills from this Starbucks on how to treat a Customer and how to make sure that their orders are correct and how to work efficiently Because this Wendy’s has given me the worst customer service I have...
Read more3 DAYS IN A ROW, CLOSED SIGNIFICANTLY EARLY WITH A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! GET A GRIP! I pulled into the drive-through to order two full meals, which would’ve been around 20 something bucks, But your cashier told me that they didn’t have any food down so they weren’t gonna cook anything. And then, when I tried to order something else, she interrupted me by telling me other things that they weren’t willing to cook, So I sat it fine. I’m just gonna order two drinks and call it a night. My total was $2.14 Versus $20 plus. As someone who used to work in a restaurant and in fast food when you’re open till one you’re open until one. Most nights your busiest surge is right before close. Yeah, we get it. No one likes to cook right before clothes. Everyone’s ready to go home but you have a job to do Homie and you need to stay there and do it until the job is done. That’s what you’re getting paid for. Instead, y’all cost your business owner 18+ dollars that he’s paying y’all to stay there. And mind you when I pulled up y’all were all outside chitchatting. Sincerely, a disappointed customer. EDIT BECAUSE I WENT BACK AGAIN THE NEXT DAY AT 12:04 56 mins before close TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES IN THE PARKING LOT AGAIN AND A “sorry we’re closed “ to my “I have a mobile order?!?!?” To their “well you’ll have to get a refund from the app” I AM SO SICK OF THIS PLACE AND ITS INCOMPETENT WORKERS! If you can’t flip a burger what CAN you do??? Coming from someone who used to work at Sonic. FIRE YOUR WHOLE NIGHT STAFF AND START OVER! If I could leave a 1 star for every time this happened I promise you they would have a true 1 star rating. Your competition on south lake is BOOMING meanwhile, probably because y’all turn money away like yall can afford to at a new establishment. Bet it won’t last two years.
