Food is great..whoever is taking the orders on the intercom speaks clearly, pleasant and I was pleasantly surprised bc usually the customer service is blah, like I’m bothering them just..I couldn’t wait to get to the window to let the cashier know how much I appreciate the great service, well it must have been a totally different person at window bc she didn’t greet etc, just had her hand out , to the point I said “Hello” and how much is the total again to possibly wake her up bc she just wasn’t into her position today..got my food and moved on without atleast a “have a good day” I asked for a condiment and she gave it to me and I say “thank you” and she proceeds to not even respond and goes back to talking to other staff..not a great experience at all….a suggestion would be whomever is doing the drive thru orders to train the the workers on exceptional customer service…trust me I expect that dry service from Mcdees lately which is I why I don’t go there…I have worked in customer service in different capacities for over 20 yrs and Wendy’s was my first job as a Teenager from running the drive thru to becoming an assistant manager so I understand it on both sides, but if you don’t want to perform the job as you should then find another occupation or work in the back..Whomever was the young lady taking orders around 1145am on 3/3/23 Exceptional job!! Also to whomever prepared the food, keep up...
Read moreI have stopped here several times while traveling to the doctor over the past year, and each time I have had the same experience.
The staff are friendly, but the food is always cold and undercooked. My burgers always have red areas where the meat is raw and undercooked.
The actual restaurant is always filthy. There is trash in the parking lot, and the past two times there was water spilled on the floor by the drink dispenser.
The tables and floor were slick from grease, as they had been wiped down with a rag thar had grease on it.
Other tables has fries on them, and left over ketchup and napkins that someone had not thrown away.
The men's bathroom was disgusting, with urine all over the floors, and something thrown in the urinal causing it to be clogged up.
The sink had water all over it, and there was toilet paper everywhere.
On two occasions one of the staff had their young child there at the restaurant, sleeping on a bench, with food and toys around them.
I felt sorry for them, because I realized they must not have had anyone to watch their child, but I was also concerned for their safety.
The restaurant overall had a very trashy appearance and atmosphere, and the staff did not seem to care that it looked that way.
I eat at a Wendy's somewhere almost every week, and this is one that I am sad to say that I...
Read moreSo..i went through the drive through yesterday, and she was the rudest person I had ever met. Let me tell you the story. I was the only car in line, and I go to this place quite often. As soon as I got to the window and handed her my payment she asked me to pull forwards. I only ordered a sausage and egg croissant and a large coke. I asked why should I pull forwards? There is noone behind me, and I just got to the windows? She started getting upset, and fussing at me. Now, I know "they are on a timer" but, it is them on a timer, not me. Also, there was no one else in line. I explained I wasn't on a timer, and there is no reason I should pull forwards, I didn't order that big of a meal, not like I was ordering for 20 people..just me. I heard and watched her close the window, start yelling at everybody, and started calling "the driver" me everything in the book. And it was very vulgar. I personally don't believe anyone should pull forwards, because what happens is that order then takes longer to get your food. In this situation it was very funny that as soon as she got done cursing at everyone, she handed me my food. And no, it wasn't spit in..lol. so i encourage eveybody...Dont...
