I should have known better I went there late Saturday nite due to limited options available that late. There was a guy there wearing a visor w short dreads. I had to repeat my order maybe he was new. The order took a long time I was the ONLY ONE in there. A lady sd we were waiting on fresh Chicken prob in old grease.The Coke was out I didn't even ask about changing it. I watched him fill a Door Dash order w the Coke. I heard him say Yes as he watched the Coke sputter out. He had to know it was flat but then again he could have been slow. Anyway I got Lemon Pepper wing combo w fries. The wings were greasy and nasty I ate like 2 of them the fries were overcooked. It had my stomach in knots rt after I ate it. Def my last visit there!! I even told the door dash delivery guy that the Coke was flat and he sd its a door dash order Anyway 🤦🤷Most people in our service industry jobs just don't care and we are paying elevated prices for this food and service. Read moreAwful. Doesn’t even deserve a star. Placed an order at 12:30PM and didn’t receive it, it’s now 3:18PM. Called to have the order canceled since it was placed through the WINGSTOP APP and they kept giving me the run around to call DoorDash. Doordash confirmed they have nothing to do with it since they’re only delivering the food. No problem. Called back to relay the message and the manager abruptly stopped me from talking saying he’s busy and can’t help. Asked him to walk through the process with me since I don’t see an option to cancel on the app and told me he doesn’t know how and practically hung up. As someone who’s worked in customer facing roles most my life I don’t think as a manager that’s how you handle stressful situations. Wingstop is very busy, I understand. I wasn’t being hostile just understandably annoyed with the run around and just simply wanted the order canceled and a refund. Since they couldn’t help I called corporate to help me sort it out. Unfortunately our car is in the shop and I couldn’t sort it myself but the way the manager approached me over the phone it probably wouldn’t have been a good idea...

I was ready to leave and halfway checked my order (big mistake) because I was fed up and ready to leave. I got home and found they’d forgotten half my order. This is the third time they’d gotten an order wrong since we’ve ordered this year.
I went back to the store, manager was no help and asked to see the bag. I questioned the guy about why they were late on my order and asked him why I’d waste my gas to come up there to lie to him about 20 boneless wings. The manager became hostile and aggressive after I was upset that I didn’t bring the bag back with me.
He continued his verbal aggression, which was matched comparatively. He went to his car for something during the argument (probably a gun) which would have been a bad decision on his part.
