One of the worst drive-thru customer service experiences I've had in a long time. I was greeted with a gruff male voice saying, "Order?". Following placing my order, I got a half mumbled, "Pull around.". I was not greeted at the window, except by a hand reaching for my payment. I was not told what my total was, and did not receive a receipt. I was not thanked for contributing to this rude employee's paycheck. He stayed engaged in a conversation with coworkers rather than focusing on giving good customer service. He did say, " Have a good one," which was one notch above saying nothing. I called to speak with a manager to describe the unacceptable level of customer service. I explained the importance of giving the customer the full attention they expect and deserve. This is common sense to some people, but to some it is not, apparently. When I asked what would be done to remedy the problem, the manger was unable to give specifics and seemed to rush to get me off the telephone. I have complained about this same location at the company website, but all I got was a coupon for a free biscuit. I don't want free food; I want Bojangles to fix their long-standing issue with poor customer service. I would suggest using Chick Fil A as a model for accomplishing this seemingly easy task. Better yet, just tear down the Bojangles and put a Chick Fil A in its place. The only reason this store gets one star is that the food was actually good. But it didn't make up for what I went through to get it. Bojangles is on a downward financial spiral. It's just a matter of time and this is one of the...
Read moreWent to pick up to go order. Three employees, one being a manager could not find the order. After grilling me about the order they finally looked at printer and there it was. So now I have to wait due to they only cook the Cajun chicken when ordered. Do we wait and wait. Chicken is done. Finally you think you’re going to get your order, but wait no fries, now we have to wait on fries. Mind you there is no one in restaurant or drive thru. 18 minutes later we get our order. The whole time the Manager was rude saying it takes time to cook the chicken and then with the fries I get it only takes a minute. Keep in mind it was pre ordered and they had the time the chicken was cooking to insure they had the rest of the order ready. They even had to get French fry containers from the back once fries were cooked. No I’m so sorry for this happening, just arrogance. This manager has no business being a manger she did horrible job representing Bojangles customer service. I will never visit this location as long as they continue to have such rude behavior and bad service. By the way chicken was cold in middle and long black hair was included. Why do they not have...

Presentation is everything. Why would you send this out like this? Would you eat it? Would you serve this to your family? I didn’t complain the first 2 times, I just sent the food back because everyone has a bad day! But this kind of service is common at this location! Are you all cutting cost so you have to sell any and all things you make even if it’s bad ? Do better!! We are your customers, the very ones that keep you in business! Owner, You franchised with a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction yet this location is substandard!( and that’s an overstatement). Train your employees better, they represent a corporation that have standards! Or better yet send them on the other end of Broadriver road in the Irmo area and let them take Chick- Fil-A 101! “ A picture is worth 1000 words” BTW who gave you a 3.3 in reviews????? We all know it’s lies based on the reviews shared here!! Future want to be customers …,take our advice Go To...
