Yesterday evening my husband stopped by to pick up dinner. He order a kickin chicken sandwich meal with the sauce on the side. Considering that we have never had a major issue with this location, he told the young lady at the register she could keep the receipt. After arriving home 20 minutes later he realized that his sauces were not in the bag. Since without the sauce he basically had chicken tenders with bread he was really upset. He decided to call and inform the manager of what had happened. The manager replied saying that he could drive back up there to get the sauce. My husband explained that he was already home and it would take him 20 minutes to get there. The manager, Damien, was not understanding to the situation and then stated that it was âjust a 50 cent sauceâ. When I explained to him that the food would be cold by the time we drove all the way to get the sauce and then back home his response was âhe could still eat the sandwich, that there was nothing wrong with itâ. After going back and forth with him telling him this is not how he should treat customers nor conduct business, being in a manager in the retail industry myself, I know this first hand. He then asked if we had a receipt and once we told him no he then insinuated that we were lying and wanting a free meal. I have never been so appalled or disrespected. He then stated that âWalmart wouldnât take anything back without a receiptâ which in fact they do. The only thing that we were asking as loyal customers who eat there at least 2-3 times a week, was to admit the wrong doings and to make it right on our next visit. But instead we were treated poorly as if the money we spent with Zaxbys was irrelevahnt. I am very upset with the handlings of this situation and the level of professionalism from the manager Damien.    Read moreThis Zaxbys is amazing. I placed an online order to pick up here but I accidentally placed it to the Sunset Blvd location. Once I figured this out, I spoke with Joy and she told me to contact the Sunset Blvd location and let them know what happened so they can cancel the order and I can replace it. When I called them, they were very rude and told me that I could either pick up my order which would be cold by the time I get there or accept 50% of my money back because my order was already ready. I asked if they would have to remake my food when i got there since it would be cold and she rudely said yes. So, either way they would have to throw the food away so it didnât make sense that I couldnât get a full refund. Once I got off the phone with them, Joy asked me what happened and I told her. She said that shouldnât have been told to me because a full refund is allowed. This was not the fault of this Zaxbys location or the nasty attitude I received didnât come from them but Joy still made an effort to fix the issue. Mind you, they were in the middle of a rush as this was happening. Joy turned around and spoke with the GM of the store, Mercedes who said they couldnât do anything about my money from my original order since it was at the other Zaxbys but they offered my same meal to me for free. My husband went through the drive-through this evening, September 20, 2021 at approximately 7:30 PM to pick up two grilled house salad with no onions. He brought them home, we sat down to eat, both of them had onions. My husband went back to the drive-through to get them corrected. The cashier called the manager over. Her name is Lizzie She refused to replace one of the salads because he had already put in dressing on it. He said Iâm sorry mam, but these make salads are made incorrectly and I would like them we remade without onions. Of course I had already put dressing on it before I realize they were onions on it. Lizzie argues that she would not replace something that had been eaten out of. He had taken one bite. So unhappily she replace both salads. He brings them home, we sit down to eat and one of them had onions. So this time I called up there, spoke with Lizzie. She hung up on me. So I got in the car drove to the drive-through at Zaxbyâs and ask for the manager to get my salad replaced. Lizzie said she looked on camera and they were not onions put on the salad, clearly my salad had onions! She refused to admit that they were onions on that salad that you could clearly see.
