Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in South Carolina

We just to this Zaxby's because normally we have great experiences with other Zaxby's. They handled us with attitudes and disrespect. On top of that, after taking our order, reading it back to us and taking my card for payment, they then inform me of what they are out of. I ordered a boneless wings and things, after she took the payment and handed me my card, she then said, "oh we are out of boneless so you'd have to get traditional". Then I also ordered a Arnold palmer, no ice. They wait till after admitting they knew what it was and can do that, all of the sudden they are out of lemonade and filled my cup fully with ice on top of that. I asked for extra sauces, they charged me for them but did not give me them. Not sure who trained them or if any management is working tonight but that was unprofessional and not the correct way to handle the situation. I have my 8 week old daughter in the car crying so they knew I wouldn't want to waste anytime trying to get a refund or anything. Train your employees to tell customers what your out of prior to taking their money and giving an attitude about the changes that we have to accept now or go through a refund process. Also, attitudes are left at the door when coming in and shouldn't be directed to customers for any reason. Very poor customer service. Will NOT be recommending this place to any of my family and friends. Several mistakes were made. Placed an order around 12:15pm, was told to pull up; and after about 30 minutes decided to come in and they told me they gave my order to someone else. Asked for it to be remade. My mistake not checking it when I got it I will admit. Got home and they had put some extremely hot sauce over the tenders when they were supposed to plain. Drove all the way back to get it remade AGAIN. No sincere apologies and made a big fuss about asking for a tea for the incovience. Also had cheddar bites, but were cold and asked for them to redone and they think I didn't notice them put the exact same ones in a new bag and hand them to me be careful they are hot. Which were ice cold. Just many mistakes were made by them and they didn't seem to understand or even acknowledge they made so many. Never have I witnessed such appalling behavior at any restraunt like this before and NEVER will return to this location. I always like to give this place a chance, but the service this evening was completely unethical. It was almost like I had visited someone's personal home, and witnessed a person about to get jumped over a chicken dinner.😂 The unprofessional staff that was left in the building, was unprecedented. If cameras could talk, then this review wouldn't be necessary. Very incompetent staff, that chose to yell and scream and perform in a way I've never seen. 😳 Who is the owner of this place, that allows this sort of behavior to be manifested without a consequence? Leaving such, unethical individuals in charge. Bring back the day staff, there may be a huge difference in the behaviors and how the public is treated.
