Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in South Carolina

I would like to give this place a 1 star review but I’m being nice I’ll give it 2.First of all I would like to say that it was my first time ever going to a Zaxby’s, I expect the place to be clean,friendly,and helpful.The first thing I see is trash literally everywhere, the floor, and the tables&booths, and even worse was the Trash cans!They were FLOODED with trash.Not ONE single employee could have taken out the trash ??I was disgusted.But I decided to just give this place a try, since I was already there.also the women’s bathroom was gross.I’s dark and dirty with paper all over the floor,Ew.The staff there were semi friendly ,the food came out kinda of fast snd the food was okay I guess but that’s just about it.Another important thing I would like to point out is the cleanliness of the ENTIRE restaurant.If the front of the restaurant was dirty and disgusting, imagine the kitchen ??I mean how is our food being handled ??Are they using clean utensils?Are they using fresh foods and everything ?I say this because I got food poisoning after I had ate that.I will never go back to the restaurant again,I don’t recommend this restaurant in particular!If you’re up to Eat somewhere where there is fresh foods and friendly staff,Go to...

As much as I LOVE Zaxby's food, I have totally GIVEN UP on the curbside order capability of this location. 3 x over a period of several months I have attempted a curbside order. The 1st time I waited and waited after checking in, but they never brought my order out. So I went in and found it on the pick up shelf...cold. Unfortunately, I did not have time for them to remake it. 2nd visit my order never made it out to me. So, I went thru the drive through and sure enough my order was waiting inside. I asked them to remake it and they did. Manager very apologetic and reassured me they would resolve the issue. 3rd time after I checked in after arriving in the check in spot, I CALLED THE STORE DIRECTLY and told them that my curbside orders have had a pattern of not being brought out. They assured me it would be out shortly. After 10 minutes I went through drive through and there it was, on the counter. AAAUGHH! I NEVER WILL ORDER CURBSIDE AGAIN THERE! @realzaxbys do better!

Always something at this location. Tried the new app. Impressive overhaul, if a bit clunky/sluggish, but that's not relevent to this order's performance. Option for drive-thru pickup specifically disabled at this location. Okay. That's fine. Put in Curbside, put in vehicle information etc. Arrive on time, press the check-in option. Wait 10 minutes. Check-in option again, maybe it didn't go through. 5 minutes later, I go inside to see what the hold-up is. Apparently it's a combination of multiple employees handling single customers at counters, and a lack of ability to prioritize on their part. I could understand if a customer was having an issue and required a manager, but there was only one person in line ahead of me, and the drive through had at most two cars at a time in it. This location consistently underperforms in efficiency, and has had a habit of making up excuses in the past (like shutting down friers before 9pm). I've spoken to nearby stores about this location and they seem to hear about it constantly from other disgruntled customers. I will gladly drive to those other locations in the future. Drink half...
