My first stop upon entering Hardees was the restroom. The large stall was the only available stall and it was pretty dirty. Not just the toilet seat, but the entire toilet and the surrounding floor. They did have soap and hand dryers available, but both doors leading from the bathroom and into the restaurant are pull doors and there were no paper towels to use as a barrier for you to keep the germs off of your hands prior to eating your hand held food. Also, the employees that prepare your food are also using the same restroom. Very unsanitary in my opinion.
Next was the front counter where we were greeted by the crew trainer. The term, "greeted" is an overstatement. She wouldn't even make eye contact with us; instead she chose to stare out of the door to her left with a disgusted look on her face. Watching her interact with other guests, she seemed to be a smiley and kind person. I'm not sure why we were treated unkindly.
After receiving my food I walked up to the counter and asked if these were ketchup packets available, because of personal reasons and past experiences, I will not use a ketchup dispenser. She pointed to the dispenser and said that there was ketchup available at the counter. I replied and informed her that I would prefer the packets if they're available. She rolled her eyes and flung her arms replying, "It's the same thing!" She bent over and grabbed a handful of ketchup and handed it to me. Then, ironically, she asked me kindly if that was enough. I was very confused by the changes back and forth in her attitude and I'm not sure what brought it out of her.
The food was actually good! It was well put together and the cook clearly took pride in his work. The fries had been sitting for a while but they were acceptable.
Overall, I would not come back to this restaurant because I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome...
Read moreWell if I ever needed a reason to NOT go to Hardees the reason was doubled and tripled this morning. There were two unhappy customers in line when we arrived. 10 minutes later an employee said 'we got people up front'. This person had been taking drive thru orders non stop but glanced our way several times with no aknowlegement. The employee that did finally take our order was obviously distraught and over whelmed but was polite. There was only about 5 people working. THIS IS NO WAY TO KEEP A BUSINESS OPEN. This is so sad because this store once had a very thriving breakfast customer base. The food quality has deteriorated.. . Very fatty omlet.. flat biscuits.. very greasy and Salty and the cinnamon raison biscuit wasn't a biscuit ... it was a microwaved frozen cinnamon roll drowned in icing. While we were eating out our flat greasy salty fatty omelet biscuit, 5 other indiiduals came in... at seperate times.. .stood hopefully at the register for several minutes ... and walked out without so much as a nod from your employees. Even DoorDashers had to wait. I might add that the people who decide to dine in are just as important as people who chose drive thru. And I took pictures of the empty parking lot and empty dining room. Don't ignore a restaurant critic. Google maps is very popular and I post a...

Will update again next visit. Good job Hardee's they care here on Woodruff rd.
Visited Hardee’s on 1/14/25 at 7:48pm (Order ID 9426851342480) and tried ordering a milkshake—no ice cream available. Opted for the 1/4 Frisco combo with two apple turnovers for an extra $2, totaling $14.14. My star rewards app wouldn’t let me log in, so I paid cash.
A block down the road, I realized there was no receipt. I drove back and spent over 10 minutes in the drive-thru again, even though there was only one car ahead. Upon finally getting the receipt, the cashier mentioned, “Oh, you forgot your apple turnovers!” Except I never received them in the first place.
Got home to find cold food and tomato slices so thin you could practically see through them. Disappointing experience overall—two stars is being generous. Hardee’s,...
