Ordered a happy meal thru the drive thru for my son. They messed up (AGAIN )and didn’t give him the new Chili sauce we had ordered so I pulled over and he went in to grab “ONE” they told him he had to pay for the sauce…..(he’s a child).
He came and got me I went in showed them the receipt the happy meal and the wrong sauces. The cashier looked at the receipt and told me it said sweet and sour on the receipt and told me “I” ORDERED wrong…and I still need to pay even after I offered her the “TWO” wrong sauces for the “one “ correct one! I saw the guy who took our order and asked him to confirm did I not say the new CHILI sauce? He said YES I did and they still wouldn’t fix my order even after talking to the manager! I demanded a refund on my sons happy meal which they took their sweet time doing! Had to change draws….. Asked to speak to someone higher up and they said they were the manager. I decided to be petty and buy one Chili sauce on the way out the door just to see how much $ they were being petty over! It was 40 cents!!!!! All over 40 cents!! (They messed up my order at this location numerous times in the past and have given me free 5$ sandwiches, milk shakes, fries etc..) Right before I left I asked how do I complain about this and the “manager “ actually went and got here GM for me. After she had just told me she was it! Lol. I complained to him and he just gave me a free happy meal to just shut up and go away!
I didn’t even care about the free happy meal would rather you train your employees on proper customer service especially when they mess up the order u think one free sauce packet wouldn’t be a big deal!
Oh and when I ordered the one sauce packet on the way out the door the cashier made the comment i think we might be “out” …. Like we all don’t know that trick.
I always try and show the Ut most respect for anyone handing or preparing my food but the disdain and utter lack of professionalism from 99% of the staff from this location means I won’t be back unless it’s to take a MASSIVE dump in your toilets...

Lol- ok ummm idk?? Refund it ( they did took 5 days milkshake only ) my daughter was doing the sick kid wine n cry nose stopped up kid thing I just wanted out of there. Then she watched her siblings eat happy meals n yes apples missing 😞 I took her to Duncan donuts got her a coolata n went home. So odd the manager had me waiting had to cancel order my kid was sick I spent $30 but “no” to a replacement hamburger happy meal for the kid who’s milkshake u cancel” 😔 ok. Having me pull up to save ur window time after not being cool to me or hot food was odd 3 nights in row. I stopped going. Now the Walmart McDonald’s just gave me toys got home no food in them 3/21$. Idk which worse. Never did replace that. Not going...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I've ever had with McDonald's. They are always slow but this time made me mad. We ordered 2 meals, large fries and an apple pie. We waited probably about 10mins because they are not big on customer service or being a team player. I thought those were the qualifications for working at a restuarant. Since I waited so long I had time to observe what was happening behind the counter. The cashier was doing nothing most of the time. When she finally decided to do something she messed it up. She was supposed to be getting 8 large fries for the lady that ordered b4 me however she got medium fries instead. The manager caught it and notified her of the mistake and she said "whatever." She didn't try to correct the mistake so the manager did it while she was making orders for drive thru. The manager threw away the fries that she messed up so used more fries to fix the mistake, so now they are getting low on fries and the cashier is still doing nothing when she should have at least dropped more fries. Of course the manager did that too. I said something about what I saw and now the cashier wants to go home. Well in my opinion she should have been sent home and never return because she was not contributing to the team. Very sad. We were just passing through so I hope I never have to stop...
