I had the best experience here and I always have I have gone to all the Dunkin's on Randall and this one by far the best one, one employee in particular always goes above and beyond to make sure i have the best experience I can, it's not just me but when I see him deal with other customers he always has a smile on his face and acts like he genuinely likes to work there. Some of the things he does to make sure I have a great experience EVERYTIME is he follows up and asks how the coffee he made was after I take a sip and when I have 3 drinks or more he gives a drink holder without me asking. Went yesterday and ordered an iced vanilla latte with whipped cream. I received an iced vanilla coffee with cream. I didn’t realize until I drove away because I just thought they forgot the whipping cream but was very disappointed to realize I had the wrong drink. Tried again today and ordered on the app to try to have the correct drink. I was given a hot drink when I ordered an iced, and none of the toppings that came with the drink (whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and cinnamon sugar) were on mine. I explained to the girl at the drive thru that I ordered it iced and she said she had already made the drink and there was nothing she could do.
