I generally like Jimmy Johns and their food but this one star is for this location specifically. We placed an order for my son's graduation party for 3 of their 30 1/3 subs (a $300 order) and scheduled for the food to be picked up at 1:30pm on 6/14. When I arrived at JJ at 2pm (30 minutes later than scheduled) to pick up the order the place was empty (1 other customer) and there were 2 workers. I told her I was there to pick up a catering order and she started rambling on about a rush of customers at lunch time and being short on Mayo packets (which I have no idea what that had to do with them making my order) and asked if I could wait 10 min because my order was just about ready but they needed to finish. I said no problem because I had one other order at Raising Cains to pick up so I left and came back 30 minutes later and I realized that they hadn't even started my order at all now at 2:30 (my son's graduation party started at 3:30). All I was given was excuses that they were busy and they kept putting walk in customers ahead of even starting my order. The girl was unprofessional and the boy working with her looked like he was 12 and just didn't say anything. They finally started building my order which took them about 30 minutes to make and the quality was absolute crap. The sandwiches where just thrown together some of them didn't even have meat on them when we got home and they were just stuff in the box as fast as they could make them. You could tell she wanted me to feel bad for her like she was the victim that she was overwhelmed and unprepared. She did finally offer 20% on my order (which they never gave me). Beside the employees just being unprofessional and unprepared the fact that the manager did not staff or prepare this order before the lunch crowd on a Saturday is just utterly unacceptable. And then to promise a discount and never give on just made it even worse. Of course there are no direct phone numbers for local JJ so we called corporate to file a compliant. We got a call back about 10 days later to apologize and then they proceeded to offer us 1 free sub in a coupon form that expired in 3 days. This was literally the biggest insult I have ever received from a company in my life, I actually didn't know what to even say on the phone. A $5 dollar coupon that expired in 3 days to make up for screwing up a $300 order. This company and this location are an absolute Joke. You could learn something from Raising Cains, Texas Roadhouse and Moe's (the other three places we had catering orders) professional staff, food ready on time, threw in extras for free and helped me carry it out to my car...

Had a customer service delivery issue posted below this top review. I wanted to say though that the issue was resolved within 18 hours or less and the respect and care I received from jimmy johns was of upmost professionalism and has 100% EARNED MY BUSINESS BACK. GREAT JOB!! THEY HAVE AN EXCELLENT TEAM THERE IN BRIDGEVILLE AND I HOPE THIS REVIEW GETS BACK TO THEM.
I love this store don't get me wrong and it would be a 5 start review. I assume the issue is with staffing right now, but I will order delivery from them about once a week and more times than not, I get a call either saying that they sent their driver home early, or they don't have a driver on staff that night. I literally joked with my friend, "how much you bet they call and say they don't have the staff tonight" 3 minutes later, I got the call. I often want to have JJ on my lunch break and will most times order through the app and pick up at the store. However, for the recent few times that I choose the delivery option, my food has taken 1 hour or more to be delivered. The last time I even ordered 45 minutes before my lunch break and sat by the door for my entire 30 minute lunch waiting for the food to arrive.
