who’s ever daughter this is granddaughter niece or whatever, she really needs to understand the concept of respect and customer service. For one she changed the hours of the store saying she closed at 12, and when my wife and my spanish speaking father in law arrived she told them she’s not serving them because she’s closed when they had gotten there at 11:00pm. so then my wife proceeded to tell her that she said she closed at 12 over the phone. then Tatiana said well i’m not serving you, then my wife asked why not and that’s when she proceeded with the “Oh i don’t feel like making anything and i’m tired i want to go home” My wife and father in law were confused and my wife said well why are you working here then? I was on the phone the whole time that this employee was being rude. She refused service because she wasn’t in the mood. So i went to see if i can get her managers name because she did tell us that if we had a problem to tell her manager that “my manager doesn’t care go ahead and tell her she said i close the store when i feel like it” So when i got there she told me she was closed. Read moreWent into this Subway today 8/15/25 at 5:15 pm. A staff member making the sandwiches by the name of Maria took me and my husband's order, I wanted one foot long and one wrap. She proceeded to tell me that she was all out of wraps, without looking into the bread oven. I then begin letting her know my sandwich order and that's when I tell her I will be getting 2 sandwiches then. She so happens to tell me oh wait I do have wrap bread. I tell her ok then I will like the honey mustard wrap. She begins to make it without asking me any cheese options or any topping options. She makes it with a weird cheese sauce that looked like nacho cheese, and I tell her to hold on because I didn't want that type of cheese. Her response is that she cannot take different cheese options. She has to make it how it is on the menu. I told her we've had it different before and she refused to make it the way I wanted it. She also refused to make another one. I told her I didn't want the wrap, I just took the sandwich and left. I will be calling headquarters to file a complaint. This is not the first time I have a similar issue with the same worker. The fist incident she refused to speak English to me because she claimed she didn't understand or speak it. Read moreI used to be a customer at this Subway myself a couple of times, that is until I became a employee at this particular Subway establishment. I've read threw some comments about how we don't always have certain items and service may be slow. Regarding the missing items, for example the broccoli soup, we need to prepare and make the soup which takes 30 minutes per batch, when the store is busy it's difficult to have every item at hand, wether it be your favorite bread or soups. Regarding slow service, an average shift consists of only 2 employees, accationaly 3. We all try our best to serve the customer exactly what they want at a relative quick speed. Also, the introduction of Uber Eats and Postmates (online orders) hasn't improved service speeds, in fact it's made things worse, so expect to wait a bit longer for your food if you start hearing bells.
