Been coming here for two years now for daily coffee on the regular and lately theyâve either gotten my coffee customization wrong (amount of sugar/creamer) or my entire order wrong. But this review has nothing to do with thatâbecause I get it.. stuff happens.
For over two years using strictly mobile order and picking up at the drive through (with sporadic visits at other locations) I have never had an issue with giving them my code at the menu speaker.
HOWEVER, on 05/17/2025 at 6:40am, I pulled up to the speaker and told the worker I had a code, as usual. She snarks back that the drive-thru codes werenât working. Having already payed for my order, I pulled up to the first window and asked her how was it not working when I had been charged already. For no particular reason this employee was being difficult and told me that my mobile order was not a code. That it was simply a mobile order.
To anyone thatâs used that service, the app prompts you to provide the âvoice codeâ which is something Iâve always done and never had an issue with until running into this employee I hadnât seen before. When I showed her my phone she inputted the code and my name was there. There was absolutely no reason for her to be that difficult and I know she knew what I meant by âI have a codeâ when her coworkers always give me excellent customer service.
On a side note, almost all the other employees have always been kind and excellent at the drive thru, itâs just a bummer that the lady with glasses perhaps needs a bit more training, and if she happens to be a manager then I feel...

I tried calling the restaurant 3 times prior to let them know I had gone to the wrong location and was running a little bit late and they never picked up.    Read moreI went here with my family and we had a nice experience! Our order was pretty big because there were seven of us and there were a couple of mixups (we were missing a couple of coffees and one of the sandwiches) but we got it sorted out quickly and it wasn't a big issue.
We went here specifically to get my son a happy meal, he'd never had one and his grandparents were very excited to buy him his first.
We sat at a booth and the table that went to it had lights built in that would change color when the table was touched, the booth seats also changed color when they were touched. My son was too young to appreciate this, but I think it would be a great way to keep kids entertained while waiting on the food to be ready.
