Exceptional customer service and support! We were thinking about selling their product in a future venture and contacted them for pricing and to see if they would work with us on delivery, since we are out of their area. Selma was so incredibly helpful with all of our questions. She was really willing to work with our needs. We drove to the factory to taste and buy some products to make on our own and see how we liked it. She was so hospitable and again helped put us at ease with the process of ordering and preparing their product. Not only are the products delicious, but the guidance she offered is priceless. I stopped by with my family since i always pass by this place while going to work. The place is very authentic. Its a nice balkan bakery. The owner Salma was very welcoming. So attentive and friendly. She is a perfect example on how an owner should treat their customers! They bake everything fresh from sweets to burek pies. In addition, you can buy frozen pies as well to take them to go. We ordered a family spinach cheese pie. It was ready in 20 min. Supersoft and warm, Very fresh, and it was delicious! Would definitely recommend this place for your burek/spinach pie cravings. I’ll definitely pay them...
