The food here is pretty good, it’s not your classic Italian Pizzeria but it’s good. My only issue came with the order itself and customer service. I order a Chicken Bacon and Ranch Slice, an order of Mozzarella sticks and a drink. My Order came out to 17.50 which I felt was quite overpriced. It turns out the 5 piece mozzarella sticks were 8.50 which I feel was overpriced for not even the battered kind. I spoke to the cashier and essentially let me know “tough cookies” and wasn’t very polite about it. When asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager she was very defensive and basically refused to even seek anyone else out stating they were already made. We must be very careful with orders they add things without your consent and lots of time they miss up orders and your orders end up to somebody else also they charge you for very small things..be very careful when ordering they don't care about theirs customers to return again they have no customers service. They don't care about you coming back or no they just want your money. The other day I ordered a antipasto salad with extra shrimp and they end up giving me a salad with just few shrimps not extra as ordered without salami ham and other dressing as usual .and when I called to complaint about it they just offered me 5.00 credit Instead of giving me a new order. This place is part of my life. I would give 5 stars for food, but it's not a ritzy restaurant. They make VERY tasty classic pizza. I grew up in Fort Lee, NJ and was spoiled there because the pizza was excellent. Old-style. They have the pineapple and stufflike that..not my thing. LOOK at the MENU! Far more than pizza. I have been ordering food from them for over a decade. ONCE, I think..my delivery took too long. I have eaten there also several times over the years. I used to live around the corner.
