Chefs, Sean and KC, have crafted a menu that’s as thoughtful as it is delicious. The Filet Mignon was perfectly seared and buttery-tender. The Cider Brined Chicken? Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, served alongside velvety mashed potatoes and sweet roasted carrots. Every dish felt like a love letter to quality ingredients and expert technique.

And let’s talk desserts — the Strawberry Rhubarb Shortcake Stacks were fresh, fun, and full of flavor, while the Crème Brûlée was silky and caramelized just right.

To top it off, the service was impeccable. Huge shoutout to Reanee, Cierra, and Dennis, who made the entire experience smooth, attentive, and full of heart.

10/9/25It has been over 3 months since The Meridian opened and I have been numerous times. The food and service never miss. My favorite still stands as the Cajun Seafood Pasta (flavorful with a kick) as well as the Seafood Cobb Salad (large prawns and perfectly cooked scallops every time). My son and I love to share the Calamari which is always crisp and delicious with the aioli it comes with. My son loves the steaks and Root Beer Glazed Pork Loin (I always steal a few bites…SOOOO GOOD!!). The Fried Fish and Southern Grits never disappoint either!! Make sure you leave room for dessert!! I cannot say enough about the Fried Lemon Poundcake!! I can honestly go on and on about the entire menu. Yes, I have tried EVERYTHING!! LOL!! Don’t miss out on this mouthwatering cuisine!! The servers and bartenders elevate the experience with their attentiveness and kindness. The Meridian was such a VIBE from the moment we walked in. We got seated in the speakeasy section at one of the booths, and it felt like our own little hideaway. The lighting was soft, the music set the mood, and the whole place had this cozy, lowkey energy that made it easy to settle in and enjoy the night. The drinks were amazing. The bartender was so chill and clearly passionate about what she does. She makes her own mixers, and you can taste the difference. I ordered the Jal-e-Berry and wow. It was sweet with just the right kick. Easily one of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while.

For food, I had the steak salad and it was so good. The steak was cooked exactly how I like it (medium rare) and was super tender. The flavors were bold but balanced. We also went all in on apps and tried the eggplant fries, succotash, calamari, and steak diablo. Every single thing we ordered hit, but the eggplant fries and steak diablo were next level.

And I LOVED the little touches too, like the photobooth in the front. We definitely jumped in there and took some fun pictures before we left. Also, shoutout to the bathroom lighting. I’ve been wanting to check out this establishment for months. I finally made it in last night for girls night with my best friend. Needles to say this is my favorite new go to spot!! I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant, bar! From the moment we walked in to the establishment we were greeted with a welcoming smile from Brian. He saw the excitement on our faces, and was kind enough to show us the entire restaurant with a back party room for events, the main dining area, a selfie room, and the speakeasy! This place is very aesthetically pleasing!! We decided to sit in the speakeasy elegant cozy vibes is how I would describe it!
