Listen, I think they have great food. The problem is, every time I eat their breakfast burritos I get sick for a minimum of 24 hours. I have deduced that it has to be their egg products that makes me ill.

The last three times I asked for no eggs (drive-thru) - they still cooked my breakfast burrito with eggs. And the last time I had a breakfast burrito was about 4 days ago - and surprise, surprise - I was in a bad place for 48 hours 😰😳🤢......

I know what you're thinking, "you should just check before you leave"... I should, but it's also a pain in the butt to do it when there's 10 people in line (in a drive through) - you hope that they listen to your order. I wont give up - I will give them the benefit of the doubt, especially if they're hiring new people frequently....but if it happens again, I will never buy my breakfast burritos from this restaurant EVER again - it's not worth it. So NOT worth it.

Also, it's technically not an issue, however I have never received a receipt for my orders - so in order for me to prove my point, there is no proof I purchased my food from them (I can definitely prove my visit via my bank account, but that's also a longer route to take, asinine process)..…. I'd be happy with JUST store credit.

I'm only giving them one star for MY EXPERIENCE with their food. Every time I go there, I get extremely nauseous and bloated + IBS type reactions....(however, it's hard to resist their food).....

I will try again, and I'll be adamant about NO EGGS. But, until then, only one...

Eating here is like rolling dice... we took a break for about a year because of this is the exact reason and they still have not been able to remedy it.  It's a lot of money to spend on mediocre. The service is so great, everybody is so kind but the food is so hit and miss. We ordered the taco box tonight $54.64 for 20 very small and burnt tacos. We came around 6:30 or 7:00 so dinner hour. You would think that things are coming out fresh but no. The soft tacos were "okay" the rice was cold and all the crisp tacos 11 out of the 20 were burnt and chewy, they had obviously been sitting around for a while under a heat lamp, you could see the burn pattern on the tacos. They are obviously pre-making them and letting them sit under a heat lamp by putting the lettuce on the side, so you get your tacos and then a container of lettuce. You'll come here one time it'll be fantastic and the next time you come and half the food is wrong or like the smallest of chicken bowls... with no chicken...it's such disappointment because I know they can do better. I do have to give them kudos for turning the heat down on the salsa used to be so hot you could not even enjoy it at least they have figured that out... but that's still not enough to have us return...

Beware! Do not try

New place. Looked good. Decided to give it a try. Spent over 50 dollars. The girl on drive thru was amazing. And the green hot sauce wa good. Thats about the extent of pleasure. The beans were bland. The steak for fajitas and tacos was bland. You get one big tortilla for the fajitas. The red hot sauce look coagulated. And then to top it off the receipt says no refunds! There should be a huge sign while ordering. The restaurant doesnt even stand by their food enough to give refunds because its that bad. Called to see what they could do and the manager "may be in tomorrow" and then they hung up. Called again and the guy cussed and hung up. The food is uneaten and ready to go back tomorrow. The food was so bad that we went to taco time instead even after not getting a refund. Save yourself a headache. Many other places to eat that have...
