I love big foot java and normally get good service from their employees.. but not today, one of their workers was really rude from the moment I pulled up and giving me attitude. So I ignore the rudeness the first time and then I’m having a conversation with my son.. while I’m waiting for my drink and she wants to turn around and say WHAT so rude. By now I’m frustrated. So the young gal give me my drink and didn’t say have a nice day or anything just gives me my coffee turns her back while I’m saying have a nice day and thank you . so now I’m beyond mad because this is a place I come 3 times a week to get my coffee and my first time even dealing with her. So I’m calling miss she still walks away and ignores me. So I’m screaming excuse me and the other worker looks at me and walks away.. so now I’m yelling hello and the one worker stops and said yes.. as the worker answers yes the employee that was originally helping comes back with a attitude. And I ask her, what is your problem? She said she don’t have one. I told her you made me feel not welcome and uncomfortable the moment I pull up! And I don’t appreciate at it. I’m human and I wasn’t being rude to her so why be rude to me.. she said I gave you your drink.. it’s not about the drink. It’s about treating your customers with respect and being polite. Which she wasn’t! Now i won’t be going back and will be letting people know about there employee who one didn’t greet or had a smile. She looked mad and mean from the start! Horrible customer...
   Read moreNot sure what happened tonight but got the worst service. My husband and I and another car pulled up at the same time. But there was a car on each end. Car in front was there for about 25min. In that 25 min, the 2 cars that were at the other window left. We pull up and wait at the window for 5min while 1 worker was helping another car and the other 2 workers were cleaning. For a good while 5 min we sat there. No one said anything. No hi. No be right with you. The worker at the other window got done with that customer which mind you that’s the 3rd customer she helped already since we got there. She finally comes to help and we order a big foot on a beach. We watched her put 2 cans of Red Bull, pinacolada and milk with ice in a cup and stirred. She walks up to us and we ask “is that ours?” She said yes. We said, so did you not hear our order. She said she did. We asked “is that a Bigfoot on the beach?” Her and another worker that was cleaning said yes it is. We said “no, it’s a smoothie and that’s not a smoothie” Please owner of BFJ, retrain your workers and make sure they get rest because they all looked exhausted but it was not busy.    Read moreOne very negative employee! I have been here a number of times and have received outstanding service and friendliness from a Asian employee that works late Sunday evening approx. 11pm🙂. Now the bad employee I came here on 6-13-23 and 6-15-23 at a approx. 9pm and a white lady that appeared to be in her early 20s with purple hair ( nothing against colored hair ) looks at me both times as I pull up like YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE! a look can say a thousand words. The other lady working with her was very nice. I have been to many of your locations over the years and have never encountered someone like her ( we have never met ) . Having worked in customer service for many years if she treats other customers this way they will never visit not just this location but none of your locations. This person could be costing your company a lot of money! Please read my other reviews, I rarely give a comment like this unless it is truly warranted. I would highly recommend upper management and or ownership visit this location or send a different variety of people through the drive through during her shift.
