Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Kingstown

Absolutely disgraceful service. This morning at 8am I went to the Dunkin Donuts located at 50 Lower College Road in South Kingston, Rhode Island. Not only were the staff goofing around, but they were very disrespectful and discourteous towards me. There was a misunderstanding on their part, someone had picked up my order (a medium hot coffee with extra cream and extra sugar) by mistake. But the snotty attitude of an employee by the name of Tiffany Jenkins and the staff that congregated around her led to me asking to speak to the manager. The manager was nice enough to refund my coffee, but seemed as if she had dealt with this exact situation before which leads me to believe that the likelihood of piss-poor service is far greater than 0%, and for that reason they have lost my...

I've visited this location four times, and on three occasions, I've witnessed a manager berating staff members in front of customers. It appears that most employees are students, and while I understand that high traffic and low staffing can create stress, there's no excuse for such condescending behavior.

The lack of effective leadership and teamwork is evident, and it negatively impacts both service quality and employee morale. Having served in the military for seven years, I've experienced both good and bad leadership, which informs my perspective on this issue.

I hope that management will take these observations seriously, as improving the work environment is crucial for enhancing both employee morale and overall service...

So i made an online order and i was missing bagel bites from my order. So i asked one girl and she just pointed to the girl making orders saying it would be out soon and walked away from me. 5 minutes go by and they’re on order 400 and i’m order 369 so i ask another girl and she said she would make it. 10 mins go by and i’m still waiting and so i asked another person to hurry them up and i finally got my bagels bites.
