I had two scripts to fill with Good RX coupons printed out, ready for input. I was "helped" by Jack, a supervisor I believe. I arrived before 4pm, one person in line. Jack retrieved my script, and told me the scripts would go in the GoodRX bin to first be processed. I had extreme trepidation at going to CVS in the first place. Their rudeness and total lack of customer service had been astounding, that I switched my prescriptions to Walgreens. Walgreens always greets its customers with a smile and they go the extra mile to see if further savings are available thru their in house discounts. I waited 15 mins in the waiting area. My name was called and like a good patron I went to the middle for a register to free up. Jack told me I should have gone to the end of the line, which was by now 6 people deep. I asked why? I already stood in line. and then waited. He said I was inconveniencing other customers. While I was Silently fuming, he agreed to process my order. I asked how do I avoid waiting in line twice in the future. Jack told me I could call the pharmacy, read off the coupon numbers to some one, and maybe they could process it. Right. It's not worth the savings to be treated like this, and I will never step foot through...
Read moreCVS PHARMACY provided me with the worst possible experience. I’ve been using the CVS App for years. I’d get a notification it’s time to fill your script. About 2 months ago things went downhill fast!!!! First, my doctor sent in the usual refills at my last appointment. The app I’ve used numerous times says 4 refills. The medication I’m on, CVS makes you wait until day 30 to refill. Every other pharmacy I’ve researched says they follow the FEDERAL GUIDELINES which is basically the 28 day rule. When you reach day 28 you’re eligible for a refill. CVS followed this procedure for 7 years. Now you have to basically be out of a medication that can cause seizures before they will even talk to you. The attitude is palpable!!! I feel like a drug attic begging for my PRESCRIPTION MEDS. SAVING THE WORLD FROM CONTROLED SUBSTANCES BY WITHHOLDING IT FROM PEOPLE WHO NEED IT. HORRIBLE PLACE. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I’ve noticed the numerous rude comments left by customers. I guess it’s not me. Sitting at a 3.4 Not...
Read moreCVS Wakefield blind-sided me with a substitute for a medication I’ve taken for many years. I cannot swallow the large tablet of the new medication. I now have 3 months worth of a product I can’t use and a huge problem trying to get the correct product! They won’t special order even though it’s the same manufacturer. They won’t even call another CVS to get some. They told me I could drive to Fall River if I wanted. I spoke to a clerk twice who told me the wrong information. They said the problem was that my doctor didn’t specify (they said they did) and then said because the strength was different (same strength). According to BCBS a customer has the right to ask for a smaller pill- not your provider. When I asked to speak to a pharmacist she said “He’s just going to tell you the same thing”! So unprofessional and rude! Either they don’t know the insurance policies or they are too...
