If I could leave a half a star I would! This place has the RUDEST staff! They DO NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! I called to place a togo order for my dad to be picked up by my daughter . I am out of town & my dad who is blind is at home alone so I wanted to get him dinner. I called to order the food & pay for it over the phone, but they don’t take payment over the phone, which is fine, but the person taking my order was very rude about it. I tried to do it on their website which was not allowing me to order over phone either. When my daughter went in to pick the order up she went up to the counter & the 2 attendants walked off. She was left sitting there for 10 min before my daughter finally spoke up & asked if the Togo order was ready. The attendant’s response was “yes they have been ready for 15 min” . This is what you get when you have snobby girls working w/no supervision. I called to speak to the mngr & they told me they didn’t know where he was! Then asked why I needed to speak w/him. I said the very rude customer service, the attendants reply was “ that doesn’t sound like something we would do, then hung up on me! Who allowed this behavior? I nor any of my daily will be back! That’s ridiculous! The date is 7/10/25 and it happened at around 5 pm. Just to narrow down who was working! Thank God I don’t live in this town, we actually have good customer service...

I came here for my sisters birthday for a party of 5, first off service wasn’t great after we got our order we asked for things like ranch for example and then it never came, when we were done eating we had to flag someone down because no one was around, a worker was having a crisis he publicly announced he needed to leave because his girlfriend was getting arrested, very unprofessional so finally I paid at the counter in the middle of the worker and I am assuming his boss discussing personal issues and the boss is like there’s mandatory gratuity so don’t worry about a tip and then he points to a sign with small writing I can’t even read that supposedly stated the gratuity, I didn’t have my glasses I don’t know what the sign said but he charged me it before telling me and said something like it’s mandatory for all orders even takeout. I later went to see about ordering online and I didn’t see a mandatory gratuity so I don’t know if I was scammed it felt shady. While our food was good we didn’t get an apology for the slow service nor for the scandal the employee had and then we have a hefty gratuity which I don’t mind paying when the service is good. I would not recommend this place and you should ask about the gratuity what percentage it is and if it’s for all parties cause we were only 5 before going. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I hope for them to improve...

One thing this place always struggles with is consistency... a great example of this shows over my past 2 orders (I’m a regular).

3 weeks ago, I ordered my usual, Medium pizza with pepperoni, sausage and extra sauce. Dinner time, same time as always. It was one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had and I come from New York. It was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of everything I wanted. I could have eaten two of them that night because it was so good. I even tried calling to get the pizza maker’s name, but they were too busy on the phones at the time.

Tonight, I ordered the same exact thing. Same time and all. It was one of the worst pizza’s I’ve ever eaten. The crust was way too think and just completely drenched in grease. It wasn’t cut properly and when you tried to pick up a slice, it was floppier than a wet paper towel and all of the toppings (including cheese) just slid off into a pile of grease. If this was my first experience here, I’d never eat here again.

As a regular, this seems to be a common problem for this place and it is very disappointing because obviously they have spectacular potential. It is another reason why I don’t eat here as often as I never know what exactly I’m gunna get. It’s almost like gambling. 50/50 every time.

I’m giving 4 stars for one reason, which is the pizza I got 3 weeks ago. I’ll never forget...
