I suffered damage to my home due to the recent flooding, including the sensors on my garage doors (2) which were under a foot of water for over a week. Ryan was referred to me by my office's property management company that said he was the best. And he IS! He was able to come out quickly, was on TIME, was super nice and knowledgeable. After replacing the sensor (for a very reasonable price) on one of the doors, he did some troubleshooting on the other and was able to fix it without replacing the sensors. I was very happy with him! Then, about 3 weeks after that, the sensor on the OTHER door finally flaked on me. It was a matter of time due to the water damage.
