We were happy when this McDs was built. The first time we went they gave us the wrong burgers. We immediately brought it to their attention but they told us we were wrong! 😲 And they would not correct their mistake. We tried going again 2-3 more times, thinking maybe they had some kinks to work out being new. But every time the service was painfully slow and something on our order was wrong. BUT today was the last straw. The order number that flashed on the self serve kiosk screen (that you HAD to use) was 763 but it did not match the slip that printed saying you had to pay at the counter; that said 63. The payment receipt said order 263! 🙄 It took speaking to 3 different employees before we were finally given our cups of water. Thankfully I was watching for our order because they had no intention of bringing us our order EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD TABLE TENTS AND WE ENTERED OUR TENT #85 when we placed our order. They just tossed the bag on the counter and called out “order 763” however, NOTHING I had said #763 but I knew the kiosk flashed that number and I saw them load the bag. The bag did not have an order # slip on it so again it was a good thing I saw them load the bag and bring it to the counter. It gets worse. My son was immediately grossed out when he opened his burger because it looked like someone had taken a bit out of his burger. My other son’s bun looked like someone had pinched areas of mold off of it. My bun completely crumbled apart within the first 3 bites like it was extremely old or it was freezer burned. Read moreUn-happy meals! Do yourself a favor, stop at Kings Mills or drive to Lebanon locations instead. I am in my mid 40s and obese. Needless to say I have patronized a McDonalds or two in my day... This one is the worst. Bar none. I can compare it to experiences in rural, inner-city, truck stop locations, etc. This one is the worst. I reserved judgment till now b/c it was new, COVID, etc. I have been there maybe 5 times. 4/5 times was horrible. My order was only slightly wrong the other time. Best part is there is next to no way to get your stuff corrected. Line around the building in drive thru and/or horribly slow and the lobby is usually closed. If it is open, good news with the new kiosk order design in there you cannot find a worker to even inform of your problem. Highlights of my trips include: 1. Went through drive thru (lobby closed) which was wrapped around building. Asked to pull up and wait for food. 25 min wait for food worker comes out with food and drinks no straws and asks me if I have straws. Meanwhile not one but 2 workers get locked outside for 20+ minutes trying to get back in. 2. Stopped to get drinks only. Waited 20 minutes after going in lobby and paying, one drink was not diet and another not full... 3. Ordered sausage biscuit w/ chz. Received biscuit w/ chz, no sausage. Lobby closed, line around the building... 4. At least 3/5 trips drinks were wrong diet vs non-diet. One time they tried to give me coffee after asking me 3x if I had coffee. Not kidding 3x. 5. Cold fries...
Read moreMay 23, 2024 1:45 pm McDonald’s south Lebanon Ohio I was helping two old Mexican men who had ordered their food on those big screens inside the building. I help them do it. They paid for their food but the machine didn’t give them the receipt 🧾 so they waited for at least 45 minutes so they come back to me to see if I can speak to the manager ( they didn’t know much English) so i did try to explain the manager the problem and SHE was very rude to us she said that the order didn’t go through and we showed her the bank transaction and she didn’t paid any attention because it was in Spanish but in the bank transaction clearly shows MCdonald South Lebanon . Anyway she was rude, unprofessional and very racist with us. The only question that I was asking was ARE YOU GOING TO HELP THEM OR NOT? And she didn’t answer anything, nobody helped us and those men left without their food ( that they already paid for it) hungry and sad. Because they were travelers, they move material from Mexico to the states. I’m so sad this happen to us because is 2024 and we still hating each other, hating our jobs and our lives. If you don’t want Spanish speakers in your location just put a BIG sign in front of your building saying “ we do not appreciate it Latinos in this location” and I promise we will not bother going...
