Carrot Express — Restaurant in South Miami

My mom and I visited carrot Express for the first time at this location on a Tuesday around 10 o’clock. We had heard great things about the brand and wanted to check out check it out, we were so glad that we did.

The store was very clean and the staff were incredibly nice! I got the peanut butter cup smoothie and my mom got pressed juice -Both tasted quite good!

We noticed near the counter that there was a small little robot that could deliver the food, and the staff overheard us and sent over our drinks on the machine versus handing it to us in person or calling us over which was a fun little treat.

Having been to Carrot Express a few times after the initial visit, I highly recommend their entire restaurant. Their app and website are really informative if you have any nutritional or dietary questions...

Perhaps I misunderstand healthy food. I was about to order the chicken goddess ciabatta which is a hormone free cut (although it’s breaded ) however I discovered this dish is cooked in vegetable oil which is terrible for you. In fact all the items cooked at this place are done so with vegetable oil according to the person taking my order (Grilled chicken / veggie burgers / etc). Why can’t these types of places use healthier oils (avocado being one) I mean they charge enough, $19.00 for three small pcs of chicken and depending on the side they charge an additional $2 - $9 per side…....

The good it is healthy and delish but the attentions it is incredible I come here every week and now got to know the team little more. Daniela thank you for always so charismatic and remember my name since day 2. Merilin I got to learn it is her mother and so amazing hare working lady. It is nice to find a family business in a corporate company. Please go and meet Daniela and Merilin they deliver more than amazing delish healthy food. They deliver love and the best customer service that feels like family house care. I wish I could give more than 5 stars you...
