The food here’s good. When the orders right. Or if they let you order at all. I ordered via Uber eats. I made a note that we keep getting the small size pitas on our pick up orders, to please make sure it’s the right sizes. Instead of contacting me, I see my order canceled. I call them and ask if they’re closed early or something happened and the guy tells me they’re out of small pitas so they canceled our order. And then added “and you’ve been getting large pitas so…” when I’ve gotten large pitas before and recently have received small ones the past few orders. I ask if I’m able to replace the order in Uber eats. He said “sure”. when I checked, the item was set to “sold out” and then they didn’t answer my calls when I tried them again twice. The previous time I went in to pick up 10 minutes past our eta and the guy working at the time was painfully rude and dismissed me each time I spoke instead of just asking me to wait. He ignored me several times after that. Also the orders would come with the ingredients all mixed up and messed up. It’s unfortunate cuz the food could be great. Do not be fooled by so called recommendations of this place by people who don’t give you the full picture. The internet and the business door claim they open at 11 a.m. yet their instagram says 12 noon, make it make sense. I was waiting outside for over 30 minutes past noon. Imagine my dismay when they never opened. Unfortunately I wasn’t the only disappointed one, there were other people waiting as well. Let me be clear, the place has a very New York vibe, in the worst possible way. It looked dirty and unappetizing. Unlike influencers who don’t mind waiting because they get their food for free due to “advertising” , I am paying not only my meal but the gas to drive here. I know this isn’t my problem but I can definitely give my opinion on this matter. It is beyond insulting to arrive and find the doors closed when they should be open.
