Things mentioned in this review: Food, menu, service, bathroom.

Bathroom is located in the left hallway as soon as you enter the facility. Bathroom are clean and well kept. There are 2 of them, both unisex.

I had the Golden Flutes, its 3 crispy corn tortilla flutes filled with mashed potatoes and topped with lettuce and dripped with your choice of sauce and sour cream. I enjoyed it, very delicious, not that filling if you have a big appetite. Price: $7:75

Now as for the service, you walk in and can sit wherever you want. When you’re ready to order you go up to the register in the front and get a number to place on your table. I was here while it was fairly slow and empty, we had four in our table and we received our food in less than 10 minutes. I will say that I understand that they’re transitioning from Cafe to more of a Restaurant. Saying that there’s some things that I noticed, the service doesn’t feel like that of your typical restaurant. For example, you will not have your typical waiter at your table, meaning that if you wanted some water and didn’t ask for it at the register or if you wanted to make a change to your order, don’t expect someone to come back to your table and ask how things are going. If you finished your food and wanted your plates cleaned off, you’ll have go up and ask.

It’s understandable though, they’re new to the restaurant game and I’m sure they’ll get the hang of things. Beautiful area and very nice place to sit down and just hang out. You can tell that the owners are passionate about the business they’ve built up over the years and that they’ll continue to build up this family owner and establishment.

I’ll be coming here more often when I get the opportunity. If anything changes, I’ll write...

I have countered some concerns on this specific location i have been going here for 1 year and 6 months, ive seen people come and go and always wondered why but didn't ponder until a recent event ive encountered with the the Owner's wife Elle she seems nice at first but during me ordering a Latte, a new female employee was crying while on site, super unprofessional, yelled at the young woman and said what's wrong with you and shook her head while she was crying i said it was okay people are human being elle should't have yelled at you she walked away elle had no humanity at that point i then just put a tip in and walked away if the girl is still there i want to offer you a position in my Business office as a Receptionist i would never yell or treat a person with such disgrace as what i encountered. I hope she can see this review and reach out to me and my family if you want a well respected job.

I am no longer wanting to come to this location or the one downtown where my office is the amount of uh humanity is a disappointment in this world why yell and make someone feel less of a human being can you be. I hope the Woman can reach out here by my e mail and hope her the...

I have always loved coffee links so it saddens me to leave this review. Last Sunday had brunch with my sister and our kids. Although my kids are loud and a bit rowdy they did not touch anything. While waiting an old friend came in and came over to our table to say hi with her small daughter and her daughter did touch the guitar that was on display before they sat on the other side with her family. Not too long after the owner comes up to our table showing us the broken guitar saying “see what your little girl did” I looked at him confused and explained our kids didn’t touch that, he then turned around asked the wife which kid it was and she said “It was a kid that was with her mom that was talking to their table”(She was now sitting on the other side) he said “OH” then turned around. It was very rude and he was extremely mad maybe that’s why there was no apology? It was very awkward after that and honestly wanted to get the hell out of there. I understand they assumed it was our kids that broke something because we had a big table and kids but like an apology would have been nice for the mistake and the embarrassment we went through. will...

Coffee links is the type of coffee shop you don't ever want to leave once you walk in. The decor and furniture are so full of culture and personal touches. It's warm, welcoming, and feels like home. The owner and staff are all family and it shows. From the care they put into sourcing their beans and working with the farmers, developing their own roast profiles and crafting beautifully delicate flavors into amazing drink combinations, everything they do shows passion and care for their craft. Personalities here are all so genuine it makes me want to stop in every single day. I will now be altering my daily routine to ensure my route takes me past coffee links at least once a day. I have tried some items from the food menu and every single one of them has left me more than impressed. I need to make a point to come in during meal times so I can satiate that itch for that home cooked goodness. I'm coming back and buying everybody on my Christmas list gift cards so I can turn more people on to this wonderful experience.

Update 8/14/25. I just drove from Salt Lake to Ogden to get my fav breakfast celebrating a big personal accomplishment. I had to go to the bathroom promptly following the drive. I ran in and straight to the bathroom. To which, I was chased out, yelled at in front of customers inside and followed to by car by an Employee when retrieving my bag. She continued to yell at my at my car stating, “No public restroom. You go to Walmart.” If you have an issue with a public restroom maybe consider getting locks on the doors rather than chasing people and raising your voice at them. I can’t believe you followed me out to my car to yell at me. That’s wild behavior. I will never be back. Good luck yall. 15/10. The atmosphere is cute and comfy. Everyone is so sweet. The food and coffee are my fav. Been here three days in a row. Dirty chai and chilaquiles are a comfort and happy place for sure.
