A store employee assisted me in selecting a spool I needed for my edger. When I got home, I discovered it was the wrong product. I returned to the store a couple of weeks later to exchange the product. I did not have my receipt. Anna refused to exchange the product w/o a receipt. Store policy, she said. I explained that I didn't want my money back, just an exchange. She suggested that people steal and they also take products back to stores that never sold it in the first place. No amount of reasoning with her made a difference. She was argumentative and determined to be right. She said that although she was breaking a store rule, she would refund my money or exchange my purchase if I could show her the bank draw from my debit card account. Please be wary of buying paint from this location. My 73 yr old Mom went in and asked for help picking out paint. We just needed white paint with a good primer as we were covering up a darker color. The employee that helped her gave her a paint that had a base for darker colors (I found that out when I tried to return it for her and went to Ace Hardware which is where I thought she had purchased it) and then told her that their color mixing machine was broken but that because she just needed white paint it would be fine. I opened it and tried to use it and it was almost clear even after stirring it. We tried to return it the next day as they were closed when we realized the paint was useless and they refused to return it because it had been opened. Zero customer service skills. I have shopped here for years unfortunately that is over! I bought 1 large and 1 small bag of fertilizer. I didn’t end up using the small bag. When I went to return it “with my receipt and with in the 30 day window “ I was told they don’t do returns on fertilizer. I told the lady I verified that if I didn’t use the small one I could return it. I was told to save my receipt which I already knew. I explained to her that’s not what I was told and that I had returned a bag last year. She snipped back that it was a seasonal item and they don’t do returns on seasonal items. I pleaded my case about being told I would be able to return it if it was unused. She insisted that they don’t do seasonal items! I was nasty with her and left!

I have posted a picture of there return policy printed on there receipt. It doesn’t say a single word about seasonal merchandise!
