Service seems to be deteriorating with every passing day. The woman at the counter today seemed irritated every time she had to pack the items I selected. She then forgot to pack my complete order, and when I called her after coming home and noticing the missing items, she flat out told me I had forgotten the "second bag" she had packed. This is not true, because the man at the counter asked me if it was okay to put everything in one bag, and I said yes, so he started bagging everything in one bag. Read moreI stopped by this evening and purchased a cannoli. When I stepped out, and had my first bite, the cream in the cannoli tasted foul (almost a moldy taste). I ended up throwing out the cannoli after two bites (the second bite was to confirm that it, in fact, tasted as bad as I thought the first bite had). I still have this terrible after-taste in my mouth. About 6 months ago, I ate a cannoli here that was ok. I have purchased cookies before that have been stale and not tasty. I was dismayed that I couldn't order a cake for a birthday because no orders were being taken until "next week" according to the young lady I spoke to. But the MOST disturbing was when I entered and asked if I could use the rest room, the gentleman was very abrupt saying, "You have yo buy something."
