Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in South Pasadena

Great little spot to buy Krispy Kreme Doughnuts! Keep in mind that there is no drive thru here and the parking lot is quite small, depending on the traffic you may be stuck at the exit for a little bit before you can exit out. Like all other Krispy Kreme Doughnuts they accept the rewards points here a d you can scan your phone to earn points as well. They do carry all the favorite Doughnuts but because this location is small, I was told by a staff that they receive the specialty Doughnuts from another location every 3 hours or so. Anyways it's nice to finally have a Krispy Kreme Doughnuts close by. I used to have to drive to the Burbank or Puente Hills location. I will be coming here at least...

Only fresh donuts in the morning when the delivery truck comes. They do not make them on site. So they will never have the hot promotion like other Krispy Kremes. As for the employees they are new, some wearing masks, and all very nice but they deperately need help. It's not their fault. It is evident management did not train them enough because it's a choppy customer experience. It needs to flow more. Management get them a squeegee to clean the sticky windows please. We had a horrible experience with Orion, who took care of us today. He was very rude and disrespectful. He had a racist attitude toward my friends and me because we are Latinos and he is white. He pretended he couldn't understand our English and would reply to us with sarcasm and rolling his eyes. He also tried to overcharge us for our order. Once we brought it to his attention, he said the amount on the register was from a previous customer, which is not true. Krispy Kreme, please don't let people like Orion tarnish...
