This location is pretty bad as far as the drinks they make go. The staff does not seem well trained at all, I had to repeat my order four times and they still made it incorrectly. I have only gone in the afternoons. It is conveniently located right near Bristol Farms so that is why I have stopped there. Each and every time the staff there acts as if they’ve never heard of an Iced Blended coffee drink with vanilla before. They tell me they don’t make drinks anymore, that I had them make the week before. Last time I had to stir in my own vanilla powder because they didn’t add it to my Iced Blended, today I had to have my whole Iced Blended remade because it tasted like burnt coffee that had been sitting in the bottom of a pot for about five hours. The location on Lake street in Pasadena is MUCH better! I never have problems with my beverages from that location. Even though the Fair Oaks location is more convenient when I’m running errands I think in the future I will have to go out of my way to the location on Lake in Pasadena to have my drinks made correctly.

The employee with the hat and glasses always adds extra water and I noticed I'm not the only customer that asks for a redo. Today I simply asked that my drink was watered down and asked for a new one, she said I ordered it incorrectly on the app, which has never been a problem before. She tried to explain that "we loose money" . You're sign clearly says if you don't like it, we'll remake it. I guess that's not the case on Fair Oaks unless you need to debate your point. Read moreI love the coffee bean but had a really poor experience at this one. I went in, ordered a frap and pastry, sat down and noticed an issue with WiFi. Went to the counter and asked for help from one of the baristas, who told me that the WiFi at this coffee bean "sucks" and to "got to Starbucks if I need to do stuff on the Internet." He was very rude about it. Others went to the counter for help as well and I'm sure he directed those people to Starbucks too.. Hope they fix his attitude and the wifi, specially the WiFi as this Coffee Bean is notorious for bad WiFi, and they don't even tell you about it until after you've bought your things.
