I am a disabled veteran. On 12/16/14 my service dog and I were turned away, the bartender telling me that dogs aren't allowed because it's a health code violation. I explained repeatedly that he is a service dog and that I even had his papers, he still refused. This is not only a disgrace, but I violation of federal laws. I called the Gulfport police and unfortunately ended up with a cop who didn't know the laws either. This police officer also told me that since it's a privately owned establishment that federal laws aren't enforceable. Any establishment in which the public is allowed entrance and served then becomes a public establishment. I'm sickened by the ignorance of the law and that idiots can win over...

On the smaller side for a bar in a small mini mall but big on clean comfy cozy, small on the wallet, and enjoyable easy going times hanging with the locals and friendly staff (bartender). Get the burger, super big, super fresh, super good deal cooked within your view on the spanking clean grill. Other limited grilled items offered as well such as a few breakfast favorites - egg sandwiches, french toast, omelets. (No food during the busy evening weekend shifts, check food service schedule prior). Cards not accepted but ATM on site (half the bank fee charges). I'm a visitor from Vermont. Two years ago I was accused by a bartender of having three drafts of beer when I had had two. I argued, and even though not believing me, she relented grudgingly. Haven't been back until this year and amazingly, after having two drafts yesterday afternoon and ready to depart, was accused by a different bartender of having four and was charged accordingly while implying I was a liar and then walking away from me.
