I am only writing this review in hopes the manager really sees it. First, I want to say is the food is amazing. The service is what needs attention. When you call to place a to-go order, as many people do, they lay down the phone and forget about you. This has happened to me at least 5 times in last 4 months. I complained about it and the person behind me confirmed their frustration for the exact same reason! Second, when someone places a to-go order and you have something in stock then keep it for the person you sold it to. Twice in 2 weeks, I have ordered the falafel and BOTH times when I went to pick it up, they gave the last one away. I said, well you had it when I ordered it, she said, well someone walked in and it was given to them. Really?? I LOVE Spiros, but I will tell you the last few visits have really been very disappointing. I really hope it goes back to the way...

Let’s start out by saying I have never been talked to you so rudely and all my life… I have to deal with the public on a daily basis myself and I know Tom can get stressful, but there is no reason the lady answer the phone first off. She didn’t say how can I help you? She just said please hold., then comes back on the phone I had a question about the Gyoro meat she was rude about that I’ve never been there my first time and I was looking forward to it considering all the good reviews let me ask her questions she kept saying what do you want?
