It use to be this was the place to go. Come on, the only reason Ace hardwares have made it this far because they pride themselves on customer service and had knowledgeable people there to help you. It has slowly gone downhill in this location. Can’t get anyone to wait on you. The other day four employees standing around the paint counter not even paying attention to the customers. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes for them to stop talking about what they wanted for lunch and who’s going to pay what. I finally went looking on my own again still had no luck. Went back to the paint counter and an elderly lady waiting for them to help her. Finally they did. Than I waited and waited and just as I turned to leave one of the guys that was talking to two others about lunch said do you need something. I said no I was going to Home Depot. He said why. I said because your lunch discussion that lasted for 10 minutes obviously was more important since I waited earlier and came back and waited again. They should be lucky to have jobs as Home Depot and lowes is cheaper and customer service was the only thing...

Go to Crowder Bros Ace or Home Depot much more friendly and knowledgeable. The guy I spoke with on a plumbing issue was more interested in stocking the shelfs then helping me. Rushed a couple answers. Owner is not any better. I wanted to return an item that I bought there. I forgot the receipt. They tried to look it up and claimed I did not buy it there { it was an ACE product) I had to go home and find the receipt and return it. No apology just got my money back. I will shop elsewhere. By the way the product was in an unopen ace package and was under 5 dollars in cost. The owner rather lose a customer then make it easy for me to return an ACE product they sell because I forgot home the receipt and they were to incompedent to look up the purchase like Home Depot does...

Store has a lot of items, customer service was good but the door gentleman took it too far with up selling and getting in my face and would not stop talking, with covid going around i tried to get away from the guy but he kept following me. The store is filled with older men that are way too bored. I just want to shop, and no one invade my personal space . I don't like the sales people in your face. It's like this guys wife sent him to work at the hardware store to talk to to people because the guy wouldn't shut up. If i get covid from this encounter I'm going to very upset.
