I normally don’t have a bad experience here, which is why I’m going to give it three stars, but I don’t like it when places lie to me. I always order my food on the app. I’ve done it for the past few years now, but the past couple times I’ve come here they have told me that it takes 10- 15 minutes from the time the order is placed for them to get it. But they don’t know is that this is how I always order my food and I know exactly how long it takes. I usually press send right as I pull into the parking lot and it’s always ready quickly. I don’t know why they are so dead set on it taking 10 - 15 minutes when I know for a fact it doesn’t. Well today I accidentally pressed the wrong button and deleted my order as I got to the drive-through so I asked them for a minute to get my order back and the lady said sure to take my time, and then another person came on the drive through and was rude stating it’s gonna take 10 to 15 minutes anyway so just go park. I was trying to explain to the woman that the other lady told me no rush and that I could take my time since there was literally nobody else in the entire restaurant or behind me in line. But she didn’t wanna hear any of that because I should’ve ordered 10 to 15 minutes ago. Had I not pressed the wrong button, she would never have known that I didn’t place the order 10 to 15 minutes ago because the order would’ve arrived right after I hit send, just like it always does. I don’t know if they’re lying on purpose or maybe they just don’t know how long the order takes to arrive, but from somebody who does this on a regular basis I can assure you the order appears immediately. So now I’m sitting here in the parking lot waiting for my food that they apparently are going to ensure takes 15 minutes just to teach me a lesson. I have seen at least 10 cars come and go and I still am sitting in the parking lot waiting. Apparently they have forgotten about me, which is also something that I already knew was going to happen. And if this lady gets an attitude with me again, I’m going to read...
Read moreI just wasn't asked if I want taco sauce with my order, there was not a napkin in the bag either. I do not blame the cashier who was working hard doing several tasks. No I put that on the fault of corporate Taco Bell who wants one employee to do the job of three employees. See this type of stress on one employee to do the job at three and four employees this affects customer service PR for Taco Bell. This is why you have individual family owned taco places that are popping up all over the place and thriving. What is good about Taco Bell is the drive-thru when you don't have time to go to a new thriving taco place. And I'd like to mention private people family having taco places there food is cheaper, and taste better and the service is better but most of them do not have a drive-thru. For cashier is supposed to service the cashier drive-thru that's what they should service they shouldn't be doing three other jobs. The cashier was very nice and friendly it is not his fault, it is your fault corporate Taco Bell for expecting too much from your employees and not paying them enough. When I pulled up to the drive-thru the cashier answered the drive-thru right away may I help you. I said all I have not been here in a long time I haven't had time to read your menu I usually just get to steak tacos. The cashier was very informative telling me I can substitute this and get the meal. And I had to tell the cashier I can't drink soda pop anymore so I just ordered two steak tacos. Good people work at these big corporate restaurants like McDonald's Burger King Taco Bell Chick-fil-A. These are good Christian people these are good people and you should treat them better. You can afford to hire more of them, you can afford to change your...
Read moreAlmost really good review.... We usually go to this location because its close to home and we have never had any issues here. I am guessing they have new staff because we have been here before and always have a good experience. Tonight we went through the drive thru, ordered, paid and was asked to wait out front for the order. There was 1 car ahead of us and we did place a big order, nothing crazy, but bigger than normal. We order 2 Grande Meals - 1 soft tacos and 1 crunchy, 1 steak quesadilla, and 2 Nacho Bell Grandes. We waited and they did bring the order out fairly quick, want to say under 15 minutes. The employee that brought it out was nice, gave us the order and said have a good night. One of my kids checked the bag for sauce and there wasnt any so he was going to run in. While going through the bags he realized the Nachos were not in there so my oldest daughter ran in with the receipt to grab them. At the time she went in there was an older man sitting inside and a younger kid that had gone in and ordered and left. Stating this because they were not crazy busy. Anyways when she went in the other girl working at the counter said well it was a big order. Like that means it is ok to not give out a full order? The girl when she brought the order out did not state that we were to wait for anything else so we normally would have just left. Meaning it was ok we left without a full order because it was our fault we ordered what we did and it was too big for them to get right? I dont think thats how it works. Normally we go to this location and trust that the staff gets things right, because normally they do, which then instills some trust into that...
