Giving this place a 1 for its customer service.! Last month I ordered a Pizza and bread sticks on a Monday night around 6:30pm. AT around 7:15 I tracked my order using the pizza tracker and it was still in quality check for aabout 45 minutes. I called the store and no one picked up. Long story short I placed the order at 6:30pm. Called the store from 7:30pm - 9:30pm repeatedly. No one picked up the phone. The tracker at 9:00 said delivered and I got a text saying my pizza was delivered.! Needless to say at 9:00pm I did not receive my order! I called corporate at this point! The guy I spoke to said he would have someone call me back and refund me my money. He even tried calling the store and no one picked up. At 9:30pm my food was delievered! MY ORDER WAS COLD AND HARD! We asked the driver what happened and he said there wasnt any drivers that showed up to work so deliveries are late. The weather also wasnt bad it was just rainning! A week later still no call from domino's! So I called them back and they told me they closed my case because they called the domino's South plainfield and they had said they tried to contact me and then I didn't pick up ( lie number 1). then they said that my address does not fall in their jurisdiction which is ( lie number 2). My order went through and my food got delivered 3 hours late hard and cold. THEY LIED THROUGH THEIR TEETH. I Called dominoes again corporate 2 weeks later now and they still keep saying a manager will call me THIS IS SUCH A STUPID CHAIN! DONT EVER ORDER FROM SOUTH PLAINFIELD DOMINOES THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . FORGET SPEAKING TO ME , THEY DIDNT EVEN PICK UP MY PHONE CALL. iF THEY PICKED UP AND JUST SAID THAT THEY HAVE NO DRIVERS IWOULD HAVE WENT TO GO PICK UP MY ORDER. I will never pre pay online or order with this dominoes chain again!!!!!So I paid more than $60 for cold hard pizza that I had to throw out and ended up paying for. DOMINOES SOUTH PLAINFIELD you are the worst! And corporate you are even worse by not caring for your customers and calling back...

I made an order online and within that same minute almost, the store that would be delivering my order called and said that they only had one driver and that it would be a 3 hour wait. I giggled and said wow no that’s too long. Jess, the employee I spoke to, then told me she would void the order and the money would be back in my account within 3-5 business days... what?!?! No no no that’s not right. That’s not my fault you’re understaffed! Jess says.. we’ll thats the way it is... I said absolutely not let me speak to a manager. She said there was no manager. Now... I’ve worked as a bar/restaurant manager for 17 years..there is ALWAYS a manager on duty for these types of issues. She proceeded to put me on hold and leave me there for about 20 minutes. I got upset so I called the corporate office to find out about my $60 dollars. Corporate was as helpful as they could be, being that for this particular establishment is a franchise owned by Mohamed Khan. They gave me his number I called him with no answer and no one calling me back. I called dominoes in South Plainfield on maple rd, 3 times and the first 2 I was on hold, one for about 20 and the second exactly 17 minutes and 6 seconds before hanging up. 3rd time I was cut off right in the middle of speaking and just put on hold. No manager ever came on the line which I was informed by corporate, because they had to call and confirm my order was even cancelled, that his name was Chris. I had never been treated with such disrespect as a customer. Corporate did what they could, and I thank them for their professionalism and kind demeanors and complete understanding of the situation. Mohamed Khan really needs to check up on his business and maybe do a better job hiring the people he’s trusting to run...
Read moreOkay so I really don’t like to bash companies in reviews but this honestly was my worst experience with a delivery service. I placed an order 3/30/19 it was 10:20 through the app it alerted me that the delivery time would take approximately 60-70 minutes I figured fine it’s a Saturday. I placed the order the tracker went pretty fast to the quality check stage now at this time it’s 10:39. I figure great it’s going quicker then expected. So a half hour goes by then an hour now at this point it’s 11:40. I really don’t like to call and complain because I just don’t trust people handling food. So I waited further at this point it’s 12:00 midnight. I check to see when the store closes did they forget my order? Like what’s going on so I start calling. The first call I waited on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called again through the app. I get a message “we are connecting you directly to a manager” waited this time for another 15 minutes at this point it is 10 minutes shy of 2 hours since my food was out of the “oven”. Call back again now after another call and waiting another 15 minutes. The manager picks up I tel him that I want to cancel my order and he said that I would have my money refunded in 24 hours. I actually received the refund in less then 10 minutes that was the most efficient part of the whole ordeal. But the thing that frustrated me the most was the fact that when you call they know what order your call is associated with and the guy was just ignoring my calls the entire time. Waited 2 and a half hours to eat and I ended up just getting a sub a quick check. This will be the last time that I’ll order from...
