Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Plainfield

I’ve never felt the need to write a bad review for a dunkin but after today it felt necessary. I love this dunkin, I’ve always come here. Today I waited in line and the man behind me clearly knew the girl at the register. When I was trying to order my coffee he was speaking to her. She repeated my coffee back wrong and I corrected her. I then tried to order donuts and she was continuing to talk to the man who was now next to me as if I wasn’t there as a paying customer. I had to repeat which donuts I wanted more than once because she wasn’t listening and she was too busy catching up with the man next to me. After I paid she wasn’t even looking at me just thrusted me my change and continued her gossip like I was never there. I got my coffee and it’s completely wrong which isn’t shocking since she was too busy talking to someone else instead of the paying customer in front of her. I’ll find a new Dunkin...

literally how hard is it to replace whole milk with oat milk? EVERY single time i order a drink with oatmilk online at this location, i end up getting whole milk. you know how i know?? im ALLERGIC to whole milk. and when i’m grabbing my mobile order, im in a rush to be somewhere else. so let me know why im in my car, driving down 287 and i end up having to pull up to violently projectile vomit on the side of the goddamn highway. anytime i order oatmilk through the registers, they always give it to me, so i don’t understand what the problem is with mobile orders. this is the second time this has happened to me. now i have to throw away my drink because it’s making me sick. this drives me CRAZY. and now im too far to go and return it🙄🙄 so...

Came by early I always love this located everything is always right, but today I have an encounter with a worker that changed my mind. First of all she was very rude rushing us at the counter we told her we could wait so we went to the back the she came and we had to have another worker help us (they weren’t busy they barely had customers not sure if they had a lot of mobile orders) Then she messes up the frozen coffe she didn’t blend it right or add the right things( we watched her there is like an open spot where you wait and you could see) the drink was so watery waste of money.
