I had the worst experience at this location today. After waiting for 15 minutes after I ordered, there were no orders waiting to be made, my order was still not prepared. I kindly asked the cashier for a refund on my order as it appeared it was not made, or another customer walked away with it. At this point I was the only customer in the store, with one customer behind me getting ready to order. The cashier told me it would be a while. So I clarified that as it had been quite a few moments at this time I simply wanted my refund. She told me again, it was going to be a while and there was nothing she could do. Horrible customer service. I was appalled. I called the store multiple times after leaving and did not get an answer. Just an automated message stating the store was too busy for my call at the moment. Tried calling customer service, and again, was fed an automated message which stated they are not open. I've had issues before where they've messed up my order, or forgot to make it. I get it, I worked in the food industry for a while, I understand times can get crazy and things can become unorganized. I could never imagine telling a customer oh sorry you didn't get your order, but you're not getting your money...
Read moreWhile vacationing in Maine, I stopped at this Dunkin’ to have a quick bite to eat. Quick…was not what I experienced. The inside was conveniently closed due to “staffing shortages”, so everyone is forced to sit in the drive thru. Therefore, I waited in line for over 20 minutes just to get to the speaker. Once I got to the speaker, I was asked to wait even more. After a few more minutes, a completely different person started speaking and you couldn’t even hear or understand what he was saying. He delayed his responses after every item I ordered which made me skeptical that he was even paying attention. Finally at the window to pay and get my order… i was handed 3 separate bags for individual items which is such a waste of paper items to begin with, but anyways… they forgot an item in one of the bags, which costed me even more time in the drive thru. Unacceptable when this is supposed to be fast food. How is it possible to be that slow when you’re only serving 1 car at a time, with no distractions from the front counter? Get it together. 30+min wasted of my morning, just to get a subpar...
