When I got to the counter and greeted the cashier I asked the employee a few questions in which was responded wlth a clearly annoyed tone and dirty look. It was 7pm but regardless I did not deserve any of what came next. She looked as if she was ready to quite and had better things to do. I asked another question about the donuts and the employee named Shania yet again gave me another very rude response and when I asked for clarity I was told to come around the counter and look at the cashier screen myself.. I asked what flavors were available in the coffees to which I was told look at the TV. By then I was very upset and just wanted to leave, and when I asked her name she said “you can read my tag”. I have never been treated so rudely and if she’s as miserable and spoke as disrespectfully as she did with me, I can’t imagine every other costumer who has to deal with that rude girl. And to top it off, my coffee wasn’t stirred as everything sank to the bottom. I’m very shocked that this girl is able to work there with her horrible attitude and disrespectful tone. This location needs to hire adults, not spoiled children. I’ve been to this location before and have dealt with Shania previously and even then gave her a pass as I thought everybody has a bad day, but with this happening again I can see she’s just a miserable girl who doesn’t need to be in the food industry working directly with people. Such Horrible,...
Read moreToday I had an experience where I had an order that was about nine dollars and only had $100 bill on me while holding my nine-month-old in my arms and my three-year-old by my side The gentleman at the counter gave me my change and told me he was giving me back $91 when I went home and pulled the money out of my pocket I noticed that he had only given me $71 I was pissed I felt like I was taken for a ride that this young cashier employee who handed me the folded bills with the receipt around them did this on occasion to pocket extra cash for unsuspecting people like me. Not sure if that was his intent, but regardless called the management explained my situation Told her to check the register and see that she should be $20 over if not that was a good chance that this young man was intentionally taking money from people she promised to check into it and call me back about 45 minutes later she called me and indeed confirmed that they owed me $20 and the young man hadjust miss counted the change I appreciated their honesty and moreover appreciated the fact that they looked into it. Every business has its highs and lows its positives and negative's and there have been times where I've been frustrated with this locations consistency and their ability to keep things flowing and moving customers in and out quickly but at least today they did their part in the show they had integrity that counts...
Read more(Former DD worker) The manager is an ass, doesnt pay employees. Thats why everyone hates it here. I worked there and after 4 months of not getting my last paycheck, im ready to share some of the secrets that go on in that hell hole. None of the employees are proporly trained, there is an online course that is required, but the mannager never opens the key for it, so all the employees are clueless about what to do. The milk ised in your drinks is EXPIRED. yep expired, the manager scratches off the expiration date on the milk jugs and tells us that they are all good. When pouring the milk into the dispenser, sometimes it even smells sour, but in the name of saving 2 dollars, our mannager tells the employes to use the milk anyway, putting everyone's health at risk. Getting paid. One of the sketchiest parts about dd is you get paid based on weather or not the mannager likes you. On my last day i could feel how much negativity she was sending my way, and because of this 4 MONTHS LATER. I HAVE YET TO RECIECE MY FINAL PAYCHECK. I dont care who you are, or what bussiness you run, NOT PAYING YOUR EMPLOYEES IS ILLEGAL.
So in the end if your going to this DD expect a HORRIBLE experience. No wto ways about it, this...
