My partner and I were looking around for sushi when we came across this place and decided to give it a chance given the grand opening- we were not disappointed.

Upon walking in, we were greeted promptly by a lady, who I assume could have been the manager or owner given the lack of servers.

The service throughout our visit was warm and polite, and did not feel rushed nor was it too slow. We were provided the essential dining supplies and refills without any need to ask for anything extra. I appreciated that when I asked for scallions with my yellowtail roll, she wanted to further clarify if it was rolled in or sprinkled on top. It was a good eye for detail.

We ordered the hawaiian and izakaya roll along with a couple simple maki rolls on the side. The food came out quickly in my standards (approx. 15 mins) given the intricacy of the speciality rolls and how well they were done.

I was impressed by the freshness and well balanced proportions of ingredients within the roll itself in terms of flavor. The hawaiian was refreshing while the izakaya was more indulgently savory. The texture of the rice was also perfectly sticky, but not mushy.

The simplified cultural aesthetic they had created a peacefully comfortable atmosphere. Soft instrumental music was played in the background. (We went for early dinner to avoid others)

We would definitely come back again if we were ever in the area again since it was an overall lovely experience for a...

Best Sushi in the area by far. Also the best takeout experience in the area by far. Food was ready on time and service was great. I was really impressed with this restaurant. We had a few sushi rolls, onigiri, teryaki, tempura, and a katsu curry. It was all really great, especially compared to other sushi resturants in this area. Our takeout order was visually appealing, packed in great containers so it traveled well, and I appreciated that all of the sauces were marked and we were given extra containers for soy sauce. Just shows that this place wants to go the extra step and I really appreciated it. This restaurant will be recieving a lot of my money. My only criticism is to please put the sushi in a seperate bag from the rest of the food. Please try this place, our area needs more restaurants of...

I honestly feel bad writing this review, but I can’t recommend this place.

First, they put sushi and hot food (curry udon) together in one plastic bag—definitely not ideal for raw food.

I ordered the curry udon, salmon combo, and chicken curry today, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst meals I’ve had. My wife had the salmon combo, and even she—who rarely comments on food—said we should go somewhere else next time.

As for what I ate: the curry udon was extremely watery, almost like plain water, and I couldn’t even tell what flavor it was supposed to have. The chicken curry was no better—honestly, an instant 3-minute curry with a frozen katsu from the air fryer would have...

We were all very impressed with the sushi here as well as the flavors of the Korean dishes. Excellent rice, fresh food, and great selection. We went with two families and all of the kids really liked the Miso Ramen, the Bulgogi, and the omelette rolls. The adults liked everything we tried. They also had a screen showing ai-generated sushi roll pictures, which everyone found very amusing. This will be our new go-to sushi restaurant!
