I got the brown sugar boba and it was super watered down with just a splash of oatmilk. It was also filled so much that it spilled on me when I put the straw in. I handed it back and asked for a little more oatmilk because it was so dark, as in the tea was more than the milk, and they kept insisting it would be an extra charge and telling me that oat milk is dark anyways. I drink boba and oatmilk all the time since I have a milk allergy, I know what oatmilk is and that it’s not what’s making the drink “dark”. It was just back and forth when it didn’t need to be.
I attached a picture so you can see the difference between the drinks that I got which are exactly the same order, but different results because there’s way too much tea in the drink to the left compared to the right.
I don’t understand why me asking for a little more oatmilk to be poured needed the whole team to come and discuss a solution for it—just pour some milk. I already paid the extra charge for oatmilk, I’d expect what I paid for and won’t pay anything extra when the drink was made poorly in the first place.
The two employees that stepped in, took my drink and poured a little more oatmilk for me were absolutely lovely though, and I appreciate them understanding that what I’m asking for isn’t rocket science.
The staff needs more training honestly, and the cashier was laughing and giggling while taking my order and not paying attention. So unprofessional honestly but they’re just kids so it makes sense.
Overall, it’s meh but I won’t be back here that’s for sure. It was just a pit stop thankfully but for two brown sugar bobas and a caramel frappe to be $22 is not worth it. Just go to a...
Read moreThis place is always packed every time I pass by it, so while I'm in my tea craving phase, I decided to check it out.
This seems like a hangout spot for the local kids/teens. There were other customers as well. The staff were very friendly. I ordered 2 coconut milk teas, one with 1 cube of ice and 25% sugar, the second with 2 cubes. He actually typed that in the order and it printed on the labels! I came in with tunnel vision, knowing I was going to order coconut milk teas, so didn't even look at the other items on the menu. I did notice they sell mojito drinks, but I didn't inquire if they are non-/alcoholic.
There were cute decorations and hand drawn/written signs, making it very inviting. The staff taking orders seemed very friendly. The place is very well-kept and clean.
There is plenty of parking, shared by the surrounding stores/restaurants.
Would I return? sure would, as long as I still have...
Read moreI honestly didn't know this place was here! I don't come to this shopping center a lot because I didn't think it had much, but I was wrong! Decided to try it when we were waiting for food from another place. So glad we did! I was very surprised walking in how nice and clean it was. I want to try a lot, but I've been wanting a slushie, so I got the strawberry one and my husband got the mango passion iced tea. Both were delicious. Just holding the cup of the mango passion tea, you could smell the mango. That was amazing! We both really enjoyed our drinks, the prices are reasonable, and I'm glad we finally ended up here. We didn't try any of the baked treats today, but they all looked great. It won't be long before we're back I'm sure. The only thing I was kind of surprised by was that they didn't have loose teas you could buy. Maybe it's not cost effective for them, but I'd love to buy...
