Ordered online - was shown 45-60 minutes. I live 5 minutes from here and only ordered a pint of sweet and sour chicken and two appetizers. Our food took an hour and half to get here. It was COLD. I call in they did not care, and just said they were busy. I am sure the last thing they expected was to see me walk in the door. I told them I either wanted a refund, or hot food. A sorry would have been nice too. But instead of service i was just given excuses (I am 6 months pregnant, and had zero patience at this point) Your busy? I am the only patron in the place! Oh with deliveries - hire another driver!
They finally agree to make me hot food. two guys go back into the kitchen and all i hear is yelling! (not sure what they were saying) As they are remaking our food I am sitting there and I look around. Ick, Ick, Ick! It looked worse than a school cafeteria after lunch hour. Half eaten food just sitting on three tables, watermelon rinds and who knows what else on the floor. I counted 7 opened bottles of water on the tables. There were 2 liter bottles of soda just laying on the floor sometimes under children's clothing. (the ones you can order off the menu! But the best part was the wet swim suits and towels laying on top of the soda an the shelf near the beverage cooler! I saw kids clothes and shoes everywhere, but no kids??? Were they in the kitchen? Did some one take them home?
I get home, my food is hot, but it is NOT good. At Hong-Kong-Tokyo all the food tastes the same. I am not sure why I keep giving this establishment second chances. They lost our business for good. Go across the street to the little red building. They don't deliver, but it is always hot and...

We typically order Chinese on Xmas and was thrilled that they were open. Delivery service was quoting 75 minutes so I went to pick up. Phoned in order and was told 30 to 45 minutes and got there in 40. The lobby was busy with 9 or 10 people waiting for orders but hey, its Christmas and I expected nothing less. The have a huge plexiglass barrier and food is passed through a neat little window box which was very unique. But all of that false safety went out the door when the man at the counter isn't wearing a mask. Handling money, taking phone orders talking to employees all with no mask. 2 children made to spend their Xmas there had masks on for a short time but then ate some food and removed their masks (or wore it on their chin) for the rest of the time I was there. The one boy, like the man, also handled the to go orders, money and the phone without a mask. Also (I was watching closely) never saw either one wash hands, use sanitizer or use any Covid safety precautions amongst themselves.
I ended up waiting in the lobby reluctantly for another 40 minutes watching and waiting for my food. The wait was not the reason I walked out empty handed. Once I noticed multiple employees from the kitchen also not wearing masks while preparing food, i decided leaving hungry was better than risking my family's health. Not a great Christmas present IMO. When the customers can see into the kitchen every time the swinging kitchen doors open, you'd think that they would be smarter than that. All the plexiglass means nothing.
I won't be going back there. I got my Chinese food in less than 25 minutes from a place in WSP that felt much safer and...
Read more3rd time ordering them thru Door Dash. When a place is new to me I start off small like ordering the rice and chicken wings or egg rolls first. The all white meat fried rice was better than most using that cubed chicken, the egg rolls pretty tasty. Next time I ordered the egg foo young, it was fresh tasting but super bland to me. This time I ordered chicken and broccoli and shrimp toast and all I can say is gross! They put too much sauce on the chicken broccoli, why are they putting brown sauce on it anyway?! And the shrimp toast was burnt on the bottom and gooey on top. I can understand mistakes such as forgetting an item but when you look at something that’s supposed to be your craft and send it out knowing it’s a mess, I cannot! Respect it there is no way they didn’t see that they needed to redo it before accepting my hard earned money and sending it anyway based on the lack of integrity alone it’s my last order and I’m asking for a refund for the item thru the delivery service. Mediocre overall. I will continue to look for better.
Update: car down, gave another try, I think this place just really doesn’t care! Sweet n sour chicken decent but the special fried rice seems like it was left over from the day before clumpy stale one shrimp literally but the white meat rice was as usual guess they make that more often?? Ugh. I will really try to stick to my guns with not spending money here but a family member likes the white meat fried rice so if we do we’ll just have that only I guess or have...
