Very rude worker from the start, we we very polite when paying, told her thank u, no response, started to drive away from window when we noticed we were given regular fries instead of waffle fries that we askes for. It was 10pm, lobby closed, she was mopping, walked up to window in lobby showed her the fries bc we were at a closed window, saying we didn't get the waffle fries. We had to read lip lol she was shaking her head no saying we didn't ask for them, then asked if we paid for them, I assumed since we asked specifically for them that we did. We drove to window to try to get resolved, said we'd pay the difference that we just wanted the waffle fries instead, she said she was looking at receipt and we didn't ask for them, just arguing and saying no to telling us she's the manager when we asked who to complain to wouldn't give her manager name. We still asked if we could pay for them, she took headset off and started mopping. We found this qr code after calling complaint hotline, left message with Thomas. She came back up to window and said she had the cook start the waffle fries and wanted to know if we wanted manager name or if we wanted the fries and said if we were going to continue with the complaint she wasn't going to give to us, so we said we just wanted the waffle fries. Read moreI came in & placed two orders for the guy to tell me my first order was cancelled, which was fine but I was seeing the charge on my side as well as not knowing how to cancel the order after asking how to cancel it multiple times so I can pay for my food AGAIN to actually receive it this time, he gave me my first order and I went back to my car to try and resolve the online order issue but was struggling so I went back and asked how after i already waited 15 minutes and spent a pointless 5 minutes arguing with the manager cause all could say is I can’t help you have to cancel it.. which I had a coupon so I wasn’t able to use that coupon again and left with a dry, cold burger. Very disappointing when you think you’re gonna spend some money on food when I try not to go out much since I’m financially struggling. They remain business with most diverse choices. Yet, quality from my years past of eating at this same store site before has diminished. I will continue to eat their burgers over any other. Neck & neck with Greek burgers now. Still remains pricy $$ compared to other burger joints, but worth the better quality food grade and amount of food for price.
