This review is strictly on the drive thru service. The quality of food is fine and as expected at a typical McDonald's. I almost use the drive-thru exclusively because I'm usually in a hurry. The drive-thru is open 5am to 2am, that's 21 hours daily!

But drive-thru service is very inconsistent. They seem to be short on coverage most mornings during the breakfast rush. There is often a line of ten or more cars in the drive-thru. And it seems like they often put new, poorly trained, slow order takers at the drive-thru. Often the order taker at drive-thru will tell people in cars at drive-thru speaker to "wait a minute" between cars, then there would be silence for many minutes. Of course any car waiting for service by the time she/he reaches the speaker is stuck in line, cannot leave and is forced to wait. Like other reviewers have posted, it can be 15 minutes to half an hour to get food at the drive-thru. Not anyone's idea of fast food.

Tip: don't order breakfast foods during non-morning hours unless you're willing to wait extra time and hold up the entire...

Worst McDonald’s ever . It was so good before the remodeling . I used to love coming here in the morning for a quick breakfast meal , coffee was good and service was nice but after it reopened again after the renovations, everything changed . Service was so bad , counter person named Carina was rude , gave me a wrong order , wrong counts for creamers and sugar without apologizing and no smile at all . I’m a business owner and I will never hire an employee who doesn’t care about his or her job . Other employees don’t even look up or care to help the customers. Coffee tasted bad like they made it 5 hours ago , when u call them from the counter , everyone was talking but no one came over to help. Stay home if you don’t want to work .
