Long John Silver's — Restaurant in South Union Township

I haven’t had long John’s in a very long time, even before the remodel I haven’t had it. So I just left the hospital to come over and get something to eat because for some reason I was just craving it. I walked in and was not even greeted, just got stared at until I start talking to tell him my order. So I stood in front of the counter to wait for my food to be done and this dude “Chris” who was working was very rude. I did not appreciate his attitude. So I left with my food and got in my car to get eat my cheese bites and they were cold like i bit into them and could literally feel like it was a cube of cheese. So I brought them in and explained to the cashier and he told the manager to remake them and Chris seen me standing there and said “do you need something” I said “i’m waiting on cheese bites to be remade” and he said “I just gave them to you dude” and ofc I did get smart and said “they were cold and im having them remade so please don’t worry about it and leave me be” he was just rude & slammed the box of bites on the counter and walked away. So I can say the employees here do not care what they give you nor do they care to greet you. the whole atmosphere...

If I could rate the customer service negative 5 stars, I would. Waited in the drive-thru almost 15 minutes for someone to take my order, Noone ever came to the speaker. I pulled around to the window, a male worker asked if I needed something ; I explained to him I've been waiting at the speaker and needed to place my order. He said I needed to pull back around. I then explained there's 4/5 cars lined up now because I had been waiting there so long. He said he would take my order, I placed my order waiting another few minutes to pay and leave (hopefully). When a female worker opens the window and tells me I need to pull around, I explained the situation to her again and told her there's a line of cars now and that her co-worker had already taken my order. She said "No you need pulled around!" Absolutely terrible...

Honestly, I can't really make any negative comments about the food. Both A&W and Long John Silvers are consistent with their offerings at this location. However, the building appears older and dull looking. Some fresh paint might brighten up the place and maker it more appealing. Don't get me wrong, I don't believe that this location is dirty. It is not dirty. It could just look a bit better and fresher. The staff here could also use some brightening up. They do their jobs as efficiently as they can and they are effective, but the personalities always seem on the very dull side. They appear tired and unhappy, and almost everytime I visit, I feel like I'm bothering them. Please make an attempt to smile and try to greet customers like they matter. But hey, the...
